The first sales associate that helped me look in the flash drive section and we were not able to locate it there. Then I was directed to the checkout line, since I guess if they aren't in the flash drive section, they're likely to be right at the cash registers. Lol, at first I thought maybe there was no more as it was an in store only item but at last, I was able to get one at the cash register! I'd probably come back again sometime in the future! I run a large, very complex digital, pro tools based music studio. We're talking multiple SSDs, HDs, outboard equipment, interfaces, controllers . About 20TBs or more of critical data, both internal and external. This time my c :drive completely died. No system restore or other options possible. He somehow was able to basically clone a large dead SSD to the point that I was able to be back up and running in just a day or two. The man can do anything with a computer. Anything. They were able to order me a new touchscreen for a fair price and install it quickly. I got my computer back within a few days. Not only is the screen now flawless, but I also feel like my computer is cleaner and better than when I dropped it off. Given a choice of forking over money for a new laptop vs. fixing my old one and supporting a local, family owned business, I'm happy I went with the latter!
