I have been coming here for years to fix my Macbook Pro and my Iphone! I love the owners here who are always kind and patient. They helped me fix my display and my hardware very quickly and cost-effective! They are very quick to respond and help you as much as possible. Way cheaper than wasting your money at the Apple store. WASTE OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTED! I came to this shop to have the feet of my MacBook Pro fixed after they detached from the laptop. I paid $40 to have the four of them replaced. They asked me to leave my MacBook for an entire day for a job that literally takes 10mins!!! After two weeks two of them got detached. I went back to the shop and Raymond tried to help me and asked me to leave my MacBook at the shop for another day, again. He fixed the problem but after one week they have been detached again!!! At this point I decided to give up with this shop and I ended up to do the whole job at home by myself! With only $7, on Amazon I purchased better items for replacement of the feet and I am super happy of the result! So far so good: after one month all the feet seem to behave really well! read more

The very pleasant and helpful owners are confirmed professionals in fixing all kinds of things electronic: computers, Macs, iPad, mobile phones and printers. Terrible place, do NOT go. I repaired my iphone twice here. The first time it broke after two months, but since my case wasn't very protective I shook it off as my own fault. The second time, I bought a case that is supposed to protect a phone from a helicopter fall, screen-protector included. It broke in two weeks, after it fell down a foot-length, from a sofa onto a CARPET. I don't know what kind of rip-off cheap screens they use, but they sure are horrible. When they first repaired it there was also flickering on the top-right of the screen, and the quality was much grainier than true apple screens. I wasted $280 dollars in total to use a phone for less than three months. What a rip-off. I wish yelp had an option to pick 0 stars. read more

Huge fan, been coming (and directing family to) here for years. For individual parts they won't always have everything, but they're definitely worth checking first because their prices will often be lower. On custom jobs with more exotic parts or components, they'll just order out from an OEM supplier so the end result will be the same as one of the larger stores. For servicing your computer, I'd definitely go here first; Ray is awesome, knowledgeable, fair and trustworthy. They do repair jobs too on almost anything. I brought my iPad in for a screen replacement (don't ask :/ ), and they had it done in a few days, just like new (or at least, pre-shatter). All in all a better deal than I've found anywhere else, outside of doing it all yourself, which is extremely time-consuming when things don't go perfectly. read more

I recently went to ICG on a friend's reccomendation to see what my options were for upgrading my Vista OS to Windows 7 or buying a new laptop. Raymond gave me a breakdown of what the upgrade would cost and also showed me some computers he had on-site for sale, both new and refurbished. His prices beat any of the chain stores, and more importantly, he was direct and friendly to work with. He offered advice on the different models he carries based on his experience and my computer needs. I ended up opting for a new laptop, and got a fair trade-in value on my old computer toward the purchase. All in all, I paid almost half of what I expected to pay at BestBuy and am thrilled with my new computer. I would send any of my friends here for repairs, consultation, or a new system. read more

This is a great place to repair whatever iPhone , iPad, computer or printer... A few weeks ago, my iphone dropped in water, I rushed to apple shop in order to save all my date including some valuable photos. Apple shop could not do anything. I went to ATT to change to another sim card, but they also could not do anything. ICG Computer saved my iPhone and data information. The owner is very nice and a kind gentleman, he tries his best to help all the customers. They provide all good service and skill, I highly recommend everyone who needs a phone fixed to go there and have it done . Huge fan- I was surprised to find that the Samsung 24" LCDs and Antec 900 that ICG had in stock were priced lower than Newegg's list price, which amounted to even lower than the final price when one factors in S&H. The owner is an honest, standup guy too, which is very important. Buying a computer or parts is much like an auto shop; If you're not an expert, it is vital that you can trust the owner so you're not going to get taken for a ride. I happen to be an expert (Electrical Engineer, which he didn't know at first), and he still didn't try to pull the kinds of moves you'll see at BestBuy, Dell, etc... Whenever they have what I'm looking for, I try and do business here. Even when the larger stores may have slightly lower prices, honesty and integrity make for a better final deal than momentary savings followed by lower quality and sleazy business practices. read more

This place rocks. They've saved me twice, and are much more affordable than other computer places. The manufacturer, among other stores, was going to charge me just to diagnose my computer's problem. ICG doesn't charge you until they've given you an estimate, which is done pretty quickly, and you give them your go ahead. They repaired my iphone screen with non-Apple parts, or damaged the iphone in the process. Whatever their error, this resulting in my phone being deactivated when I installed software. Also, they tried to get my passcode to fix a screen, which is unnecessary, and when I picked up the phone they knew my place of employment. They are very dishonest, I wouldn't go there for any reason. read more

This place was terrible- my phone screen was cracked and so I went to have it fixed there (even though they gave two different quotes on different days when I was with someone else and not). They convinced me to put an extra glass screen protector on, but the next day the entire screen, glued to the "protector," began popping off. It came all the way off, so I brought it in, and then next day when I came back they had glued the same screen back on with lint underneath it and a new blue button, which was misaligned and looked horrible. The screen now has broken off several more times, and I am taking it to a legitimate place to get it fixed this time, not these people who have now sucked up hundreds of dollars that I paid just to have so much extra running around to do. read more
