Before I moved to NC, I found reviews of Sam and his service on Yelp, and I filed away Sam's number for future tech disasters. You see, my mother-in-law was never great with technology, and as she ages, technology just gets harder for her. On more than one occasion, she and technology...just don't get along, and everything went FUBAR. Here's where Sam comes to the rescue for both my MIL and me. My MIL can trust that Sam will get her tech up and running, and I, from 3600 miles away, have complete confidence that Sam knows what he's doing and then some. At at the latest tech incident at my MIL's house, Sam went above and beyond the call of duty. The fact that he has great with older folks is a big plus in my book. I know some people might balk at his rate, but you know what, Sam is worth it.

I searched online and tried all the suggested fixes from people who had experienced the same problem, but nothing worked. I walked into Computer Plus in the afternoon without an appointment. Michael helped me reinstall the network drivers and patiently checked every possible cause of the problem. When none of it seemed to work, he told me there was no charge for his time. But when I got home and turned the laptop back on, it automatically connected to the internet! It turned out everything Michael had done had worked, the laptop just needed one more restart. I went back to Computer Plus wanting to pay him, but Michael refused to accept any payment. He said he had only spent about 10 minutes reinstalling the drivers and didn't think it was fair to charge me. How can someone be so kind? It's rare to come across this level of honesty and generosity these days. I highly recommend Computer Plus to anyone having IT-related issues, including businesses.
