I also tried their seasonal matcha with cherry foam and that was also delicious, great balance of subtle sweetness and acidity. I went back to the counter and explained that I simply wanted the correct size. Initially, I was told I would need to pay more, which was frustrating. After explaining again, she finally offered to remake it. For clarity, the drink hadn't been touched at all--I returned it exactly as it was. I really like this place and will continue to support it, but I hope the team can improve on order accuracy and customer service, especially when concerns are raised politely.
