He was prompt in responding to our call, and quick in coming out to review the situation and give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was diligent in coming out to measure for the liner and arranging for installation. He also coordinated effectively with the water delivery business, saving us from having to make these arrangements ourselves. In addition to his consistently fine work, Alex was impressive in his frequent communication with us about the steps he was taking throughout the project, a quality much less evident (sadly) this day and age. His work ethic, commitment to excellence, and determination to get the job done within a reasonable time frame make him stand far above many of the other pool businesses we have worked with locally, over the 27 years we have owned our pool. We have no reservations about recommending his business, and we certainly will be working only with him for any future needs for our pool!

Their first visit they went to the house did a mediocre job didn't even backwash the pool and the pool was left looking not good and cloudy . I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone who gave me an attitude because I'm calling letting her know that the pool looks bad after I paid them to service it and that this is a business that I am running here and then I need my pool, not to be cloudy and looking bad The owner drew the came to the house went on about how he's the best And how it takes time to get the chemicals correct 10 days later the pool looks 10 times worse and it's green. I will attach photos. This guy says he's the best but couldn't even manage to get my Pool water looking good. Then after I call other companies up and I got Liverpool Pool and Spa to come out and handle the situation, they told me how bad this company is, I can clearly see that as I just hired them less than a month ago, and I've already fired them. I don't have some Lil pool either. This is an inground $80,000 pool with a salt water system and the they can't even manage to get the Pool water clear, how could you trust them with any kind of installation? Do yourself a favor steer clear of this company

I was searching for a filter for a Jacuzzi spa which was oval with a round hole on top and oval hole on bottom of filter itself. I came with photos and measurements. The owner of this store told me that nothing like this existed (in the face of visual proof) and that I needed luck to find my "make believe" filters. He went on to yell out of the store front door as I was leaving, and in front of other customers, that I did not know what I was talking about, he has worked in this business for over 40 years and that I was "making up" the filter sought. Another store assisted me in my search and I purchased the filter sought. The Picture Perfect Pool and Spa store owner was mean, arrogant and I do not recommend due to his outward disrespect.

I hired this company to refinish the hardwood floors in my home, which are approximately 100 years…read moreold. Justin initially assured me that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, my overall experience fell short of professional expectations. Initial Concerns On the first day, the owner arrived with an employee to begin work. After briefly applying wood filler for a few minutes, the owner informed me he had to leave. Before departing, he stuck out his hand without saying anything. I shook it which he didn't expect. he then told me he needed the cash. This rubbed me the wrong way. The remaining employee then attempted to connect equipment by pulling wires from two 20-amp breakers without using proper tools, despite my offer to check for a higher-amp breaker. This lack of care and preparation was concerning but I allowed work to proceed. Workmanship and Preparation No thorough inspection of the floor was conducted prior to sanding. Protruding nails were not set, and the floor was not vacuumed or swept before sanding began. When I raised the issue of nail setting, the worker dismissed the concern, stating "it'll be fine." The edging crew that arrived two days later displayed highly unprofessional behavior. One worker shouted profanities loud enough to be heard throughout the neighborhood. Their work caused significant collateral damage, including scuffs and gouges on freshly painted drywall, dents in metal corner beads, a 4-inch hole in the wall, and numerous dirty handprints. Finish Quality While the floors initially looked good before staining and polyurethane, the final product was unsatisfactory. There appeared to be little or no vacuuming between coats, resulting in debris embedded in the finish. When I raised concerns, this was blamed on the lack of heat in the house--though this explanation did not account for the poor preparation and cleanliness. Additionally, the sanding work left extensive waviness throughout the floors, significantly diminishing the overall appearance. Resolution The owner acknowledged the large hole in the drywall and offered $100 off the total price. While appreciated, this did not address the broader issues with quality and professionalism. Areas for Improvement This company needs to significantly improve in the following areas: * Professionalism and communication with clients * Attention to detail and proper preparation before sanding * Care to prevent damage to walls, trim, and other surfaces * Improved sanding technique to avoid floor waviness * Thorough cleaning between stain and polyurethane applications Final Impression Justin was courteous, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company without significant improvements to its professionalism, workmanship, and quality control.

For the past 3 years running, they have provided regular lawn service, including mowing and weed whacking. They also helped adjust the mowing schedule to work around my lawn aeration and reseeding this past summer. Also they've done a couple of other specialized things for me, most recently including a tree removal. Fall of 2025, they offered snow removal in addition to the lawn service. Based on the weather so far this year, I've gotten lucky. They have been here multiple times, plowing my driveway in spite of some special needs. ( Curb stones, anyone?). I needed an emergency plow during one of the December snowstorms, when my mother was taking to the hospital. Joe literally was in my driveway less than 10 minutes after I called to make sure that I was able to get out and get to the hospital. Can't say enough good things. Is it the cheapest service in the area? No (with an asterisk*). It's a little bit more than what you pay a larger company, emphasis on the little, but in my opinion, I'm getting much more personalized service. For the fall / winter of 2025 2026, they've added plowing to their resume. It's the first year, so sometimes growing pains might be expected. With the heavier snowfall this year, more than once they've been to my residence multiple times in a single day to plow my driveway out.
