Two install dates and two no shows with no phone call either. Good intentions don't work if you have no communication or planning skills. My neighbor had his liner installed by Cool Waters in May of 2022 and they left him with wrinkles in the bottom. They never came back to fix it. They are grasping at planning and installing. They have no contracts much less insurance. BEWARE.

Aside from a heater replacement after many years, the pool has held up well. The best part of Beauty is its service. When we have a problem, someone gets back to us quickly. He was prompt in responding to our call, and quick in coming out to review the situation and give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was diligent in coming out to measure for the liner and arranging for installation. He also coordinated effectively with the water delivery business, saving us from having to make these arrangements ourselves. In addition to his consistently fine work, Alex was impressive in his frequent communication with us about the steps he was taking throughout the project, a quality much less evident (sadly) this day and age. His work ethic, commitment to excellence, and determination to get the job done within a reasonable time frame make him stand far above many of the other pool businesses we have worked with locally, over the 27 years we have owned our pool. We have no reservations about recommending his business, and we certainly will be working only with him for any future needs for our pool!
