We bought our home @ 3years ago and it came with a large (28,000 gallon?) in ground pool. It had been @25 years since I owned a pool. I had never owned an in ground. In the first months we worked with a pool service (not Cool Waters). While it is a large company, every time...EVERY TIME I went there, whether for advice or supplies I had only teenagers to deal with. And as I told my wife, some were just plain arrogant. Drew & his crew finished their work some time ago. They did an excellent job replacing my liner and installing new "wedding cake" steps. They not only let me watch, but also answered every question I had. Drew is very professional and offered a WEALTH of useful information! The materials and workmanship were top-notch; and I was surprised how quickly the job was finished. Drew made sure there were no leaks and that the pool's chemistry was perfectly balanced. He also provided many tips on how to keep it that way. They did a fine job cleaning up the entire area. In the Fall, I'm having them come back to install a new winter cover. Had a horrible experience with them. Asked them to look at my pool pump and they never showed up so I called and canceled. They came the next day, without permission, when I wasn't home but my pool wasn't running since it s on a timer. They never fixed the problem but they billed me. When I called they stared someone would come back out but no one ever did. They sent me another bill but I refused to pay. Went with a other company and bought a new pump.
