I had a great experience with First Class Moving & Removal. I did a move from Syracuse to Albany, NY, and it was the most efficient move I have had. It was a one-bedroom apartment with items including a sectional couch, dresser, bed, table, chairs, and large TV. The movers came very prepared with their own supplies and were able to take apart my dresser and bed for me with their own tools. They wrapped all of furniture very well in blankets and wrap and moved everything out in a very timely manner, including bags I was going to take in my own car that they ended up taking down for me. Once we got to the destination, they were just as efficient, and put my furniture back together for me. Nothing was broken and they asked for my input of where to re-assemble all of the furniture. They also bring their own carpets so they do not scuff the floors. All of the movers were extremely kind as well and personable. Would highly recommend going with this company. read more

Needed help moving special items. Received a quick response. The right questions were asked. Estimate provided and explained. Date and time were scheduled quickly. Arrived on time and communicated when on the way with their ETA. They took care to wrap and carefully move items. It was done in less than an hour - possibly 30 minutes. Shaun and his team were great , i had driven a 26ft truck from Orlando to Syracuse area and it was horrible day with weather and worrying about any cancellations they with no hesitation cane thru and killed it with very competitive rates.
