We had our dumpster delivered sooner than we thought we would be able to, and we appreciate the way they accept payment (when the dumpster is in your possession). However, it was odd to not receive a confirmation email, electronic receipt, text or phone call to check in between the time I ordered it and the drop off. I had to call back and make sure it was set to be delivered the following morning, and had to confirm a time. They do give a window for the dumpster drop off, but it arrived right at the beginning. Best part- you don't have to be there when they come to pick it up as long as you've followed their guidelines!

We were able to pay online; the quote we were given in advance was 100% accurate, something I've heard some other waste removal companies struggle with. The truck was delivered on a Friday, and picked up again on the following Monday, which was very convenient for us. I had been nervous about lifting heavy material up into a dumpster but it was actually the back of a truck, with a ramp, which was a super user-friendly arrangement. Anthony recycled the metal we had put in one corner as he recommended, and sent us a bill for the disposal fee on the tires we had collected - smaller than we expected and very affordable. The whole process couldn't have been easier or more straightforward. Based on this experience I highly recommend these folks.

Communication was excellent, drop off was right on time. We quickly discovered we needed more space for all the trash. Mansaz were able to book us a second 15 yard dumpster. (They hauled the first load at short notice and returned with the empty dumpster for that second load.) We could not have done it without them. We were also down a pair of hands on the second day of the move and were able to hire them for one hour of assistance. Again, saved us! Highly recommended.

I had a 2009 ML63 was being held hostage at Contemporary Motor Cars Inc. at 100 Oceanport Ave, Little Silver, NJ since April 2019. This dealership has since been caught making misleading and deceptive statements in order to have me pay them extra money. All done in an attempt to force me to pay over $12,000 for parts as well as a replacement transmission they stated in writing was needed. In short, I went to have a transmission control module re programmed for $330 and was overcharged with an email explaining a $3600 bill that was never agreed on. Dealership "So far we have booked a total of Parts and labor $3615.80 on this repair, because of the way we worked on the vehicle". Then being told I needed to pay more money for a new valve body and then another $7,000+ for a new transmission. Unbelievable situation for company such as Mercedes Benz to put a customer through. I spoke with Joe from Benwood Auto and ordered a 722.9 valve body as instructed by mechanic because I refused to pay $1500 from mercedes for a new part I knew was not needed. Joe sends it out to me and it arrives a few days later. Contemporary Motor Car's mechanic Dale, tells me it is incorrect. This is after I had taken screen shots in front of this mechanic to confirm it was the right valve body. I am just told it is too bad and I need to reorder the right part. I call Joe and give him new details about what is being requested. They find the next valve body and send it out immediately. Here was the shocker........ Joe did not want to charge me for the second valve body and told me he understood what I was going through with this situation. I was just asked to send back what ever valve body they did not use. The dealership kept my ML63 for several weeks and in the end, I had to pay them for work that they lied about performing. They ended up giving me back a car that was not operational. It drove perfectly before giving it to the dealership. When I got it back, I was told it needed a new transmission. I took it to get inspected by another transmission specialist, to find that the dealership had lied and the original valve body was in perfect working order, as was everything else Contemporary Motor Cars had stated in writing needed replacing. Total fraud!!!!!! So I was left with 2 valve bodies that have not been installed and are still in the boxes they arrived in. I was so grateful for Benwood Auto Parts help, that I sent both valve bodies back. They insisted on giving me a refund but I explained that for the amount of time and effort they gave me, I would not accept any refund. These guys paid for shipping on both valve bodies to be sent to me and then they paid for both to be returned. I have never seen customer service at this level and if you are looking to buy parts for your vehicle, I cannot recommend this company any higher.
