It is far too coincidental that this damage happened on exactly the day they finally came. They clearly caused it. Later I discovered that the wet and dirty pool cover had been rolled up and tossed into the back of my shed, so now of course it is a moldy mess. Very sloppy "work." In response to my BBB complaint the company representative slandered me heavily and personally, and very inappropriately involved my minor child in his false and illogical narrative. Frankly, it is hurtful and disappointing to see myself so extensively lied about. They claimed I have been "combative" "for years." Actually I've always been polite and non-demanding. Last year I even addressed a problem with a neighbor's barking dog that their workers had complained about. A fence was erected for the comfort and safety of their workers. This required time, money and diplomatic communications with my next door neighbors. Far from bring aggressive, I was actually reduced to tears, I was so distraught by their treatment of me the last time they visited.! "Combative" to this staff member (he did not introduce himself) must mean telling him the truth that their "service" was as I stated, "not working for me." Every word of my BBB complaints are true - and documented. They also claimed in their BBB response that their company is now called Blue Ridge, not Stiles. This is confusing because they still answer their phone "Stiles Pools" and bill under "Stiles Pools." Unfortunately, I have had to turn the matter over to my attorney. Whatever this company calls themselves- Blue Ridge or Stiles - they have done me a very bad turn.

Spending a lifetime in sales and service i'm fairly critical when it comes to dealing with other companies and John was the consummate professional. I highly value the fact that he spent his first years in the service department, in my experience there is no better salesperson than someone who was raised in the back end of the business and knows what happens on site when customers aren't given the correct information. Fast forward three months and they delivered our spa today and the delivery crew was fast and efficient and took the time to explain all of the opening procedures as well as the procedures to keep the spa running in excellent condition. Up to this point I would say that we are completely satisfied with no reservations. I noticed there's a lot of negative reviews here but it's been my experience that satisfied customers rarely take the time out to leave a positive review so, here we are. I would highly recommend anyone to seek out John as their sales representative and I promise you, you'll not be disappointed.

Like everyone else I was given a "line of chatter" when purchasing a pool but when the heating unit malfunctioned no one returned calls, I had to have them bypass the heating unit in order to run the pool and I was told that it could not be repaired but had to be replaced after only the 2nd season! I keep a cool temperature in the pool and so the heater had been used perhaps four times a season! Apparently, there is only a one year warranty on a $2000.00 heater! A return phone call from a knowledgeable person would have been appreciated. It is time to move on to a more reliable source for pool maintenance and replacement parts.
