Bottom line- I spend three years having him ignore my phone calls and when I did reach him, he made promises that he never kept. He is simply a liar who cannot be trusted and will cheat you out of your money with his poor quality work and complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I believe he may have the potential to do good work which I saw and was the reason I hired him. But, if the work is done by a crew that isn't good, it doesn't matter to him. He has no trouble lying and making promises he has no intention of keeping. He does not even deserve the one star I was forced to give in order to leave a review.
