This man is a scam artist to the core. Goes by several names and everything about him is fake and…read moremisleading. He has no idea what he is doing and once he makes a disaster of your project good luck finding him. The job he performed was horrible at best. Steps were not at code. They were horrible appearance wise. Not functional or safe. Made 4" higher than original ones causing the door to rub on concrete let alone ever being able to have an outdoor mat again. Ruined a $600 door storm door by splashing concrete all over glass and frame. Steps were so poorly poured that theres no way to ever mount railings to them without them being crooked. Never mounted the railings as he was paid to do. Did not request a permit be pulled. Homeowner was cited for failure to pull a permit when they were asked to come out to inspect steps for code compliance. Made a complete mess of entire area surrounding his job including landscaping driveway and paver retaining wall. Due to this complete disaster of a job he performed the steps had to be demolished and removed at homeowners expense and replaced by a professional. Do not be fooled by his 51 pictures as most all of them are not his work. He is judgement proof as he is a complete fake and un traceable.

The woman on the other line quickly became irate because I asked if they would install an existing hand rail. It was just a simple question. I was hoping for some help because my business recently burned down, which I told her, but she proceeded to yell at me for not knowing what services they offer. I think they could have delivered the same message in a nicer way. I likely would have purchased their product if I had been treated with respect. Also, the first time I called they picked up the phone and hung up. It appears they are avoiding phone calls.

The delivery man got annoyed with us that we didn't have our vinyl fence taken apart so that they could even get it in our yard. I let him know we were never even notified they were coming. He left annoyed and took my step with him. They eventually came back a week or so later and were able to install it. After it was installed, it initially looked nice but started to chip apart on top almost immediately. We called Steps Plus multiple times. Someone came out and looked at the step and accused us of using salt or something on the step that would cause chipping. That was never the case as it was a back step that only our dogs used in the winter. We never salted it ever as we didn't want our dogs to ingest the salt. A week later we got a bill in the mail saying if we wanted it resurfaced it would be over $200. It was only a few months old! I called back and spoke to a woman named Judy I believe and explained the full situation. She was very apologetic and offered to replace the entire step for free as there was clearly an issue in the concrete and a "bandaid" repair wasn't going to be best in the long run. She said she would put in the order and contact us when it was ready. Well that was June 2019. It's now May 2020. We never heard from them again and we still have our faulty step. Completely ridiculous, don't spend a dime here.
