Last October 2022 Precision Pavers Property Services responded to a request we placed on Angi for…read morelandscaping. One of the owners came over to see what we wanted done. I commented on the name Precision Pavers and asked if they did landscaping. He assured me they had over 10 years experience in all kinds of outdoor work including landscaping. We told him we wanted a privacy hedge on two sides of our backyard. He made a recommendation. He and my spouse carefully measured the areas and came up with a total of 22 trees to be planted 3' apart. They came and cleared the areas and proceeded to plant the trees. They planted them 3' apart from outside leaf to outside leaf not 3' from center to center as had been measured. The trees are 5' apart from center to center and will never be a hedge. ( I questioned it at end of their planting and he assured me it was right and they would grow together). They then removed 4 of the 22 trees from our property we paid for. I asked them to return them and to correct the planting. They have not. He also said he gave us some 6' trees. I went to the place he said he purchased them from with the color tags on each tree and was told that they were all sold as 4' to 5' trees, some close to 6' but not over 6' or sold as 6' trees. No tree on our property is 6'. Again he said they did nothing wrong according to the expert he consulted. He said we could talk to his expert. We went to him with the texts and comments from Precision Pavers and his expert told us he never said the trees couldn't be transplanted and in fact now is the best time to do it. That was in January and the ground had not yet frozen due to our warmer winter. Also that the trees will not be a hedge they way they are planted. Our lawn was to be repaired and reseeded. They said they would be back first thing in the spring. We were never contacted. We consulted a lawyer for some restitution and remedy and the lawyer reported to us that Precision Pavers said "they will never come back now that lawyers are involved". We believe they never were. We have been lied to, cheated and stolen from by Precision Pavers. We have videos, texts and photos to back up these assertions. Hopefully they'll have a change of heart and desire to repair the damage done to us and get their business back on a secure foundation of honesty and integrity.
