Great to work with. Alicia was over the phone but also, very friendly and accommodating, even after all my annoying emails. I asked if they could make a few changes to the square footage, which Adam easily took care of. Again, no problem whatsoever with anything. My prior experience with other paving contractors has never been this good. When doing my parking lots they also hired the striper, included in the job and made everything seamless. They never showed up. Gave me the excuse it was a weather specific job, plus they weren't in my area. Well the whole month? He is simply a liar who cannot be trusted and will cheat you out of your money with his poor quality work and complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I have NEVER HAD SUCH A PROFESSIONAL JOB DONE as Mid-State Sealcoating did for me today. My driveway is somewhat difficult with a brick wall along one side. The team showed up, listened to my concerns and went over every crack & crevice with me. They then put hot tar down into & along every single crack/crevice. They then trimmed both sides of the grass-line followed by high powered blowing the driveway off.
