I would never recommend this company at all. First of all the equipment i needed was wrong type…read moreand when i went to pick up i had to switch to another type. Instead of canceling the initial contract they ran another type of equipment on the same contact thus screwing up all the amounts actually owed. When i got the equipment it did not work for crap and I was only able to use it for a total of 7 hours based on a weekly charge of 612.00 dollars. When they came to pick up the lift the dude picking up the equipment said there was an issue. I went to the office which one of their employees read the paperwork and stated they would charge me for one day ($315.00). He apparently messed that up since they do not know how to do simple math. Had to dispute on the bank and then went to the office 2 more times. the last time, other than today, talked to a Chip Doney who said their computer cannot issue the correct credits cos the other guy issued credits against sums incorrectly and the computer cannot override or change that. After a long discussion and computer work, Chip stated and wrote down in his own hand writing they owe me 811.70 back to which Chip Doney confirmed on my contact right in front of me to which his boss Robert Arnold agreed and said have my bank call to clear it up. My bank eventually said they don't call companies to clear up fraudulent billings. Went back today May 23, 2025, and was told to go pound sand and the Manger Robert Arnold said he never agreed to any money credit (even though their employee has it in their own hand writing, not mine). Furthermore he called me a liar to which i replied he is the freaking liar. Then when i called him on it, he said don't call me a liar, blah, blah blah. Clearly this company rips people off, the manger is a total f'ing liar and POS and Chip Doney their employee who wrote in his own handwriting the amount owed me was now backing out of what was agreed upon on April 25th, 2025. To add insult to injury, they now claim a 145.00 dollars to delivery and then pick up the equipment which again is clearly not written on the contracts, any of them. These people are totally untrustworthy, liars and very unprofessional. The words ASSHOLES come to mind. Do not waste your money renting from these pricks.

Ordered a fridge for my 86 year old father. Took the day off. Got up at 5am, cleared out the old fridge. Waited 13 hours. They called and said there was too much snow on their wipers to deliver. They rescheduled. I took another day off the following week. Went out and shoveled and salted the driveway near the door. They showed up, stayed in their truck, never got out to look at the side doors that were cleared for them to get in and out. I walked out to them in my slippers because there was so little snow. They took a picture of the snow filled front yard and door, which was not the delivery door, so they could claim that they couldn't get to the door. I told them if they gave me three minutes, I could have the tiny bit of snow that landed in front of the delivery door (60 feet away from their truck that they never looked at). They rolled up their window and drove away, canceling the delivery. 20 minutes before they arrived, doordash pulled up in a small, 2 wheel drive car, and delivered to the door I had set up for delivery receipt. I called the store. The manager took my door and said she would call the delivery company amd get back to me. I called back 20 minutes later to find out she went to lunch instead of calling them. I called corporate. After 25 minutes, they told me that the drivers already left and they couldn't deliver it. I canceled the order, and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back so I can order one from Best Buy and hope that it gets here before Christmas. Terrible customer service. Pathetic delivery company that they contract with. Would not recommend.
