Having had a conversation prior, about possible colors and styles I was looking for, he had a number of options with him, which happened to have exactly what I was looking for, although he offered to view other selections at the store. I chose a mid-grade carpet with extra thick padding for insulating factor. Bill was friendly and informative, not at all pushy. Three bedrooms, all above the garage, had cold floors due to old pad and carpeting in this home I purchased 3 years ago. My other floors are beautiful hardwoods, but that would not be practical for warmth and comfort. Bill's brother and a worker did the installation, and I could not be happier. Bill called partway through installation to tell me the two smaller bedrooms were done and master was next. His brother called to tell me they were done and leaving, and I arrived home right after. What a beautiful job, and there were cut-ins in closets and one room, you would never know existed. No seams, one piece, and brother called a little while after I was home to see how I liked it and said to call should I have any questions or issues. Amazing customer service, excellent work, and reasonably priced! Keep it local and give Bill a call.

We're sorry we went with them and we and hope others take warning, They miscalculated the cost and then forgot to place the order and blamed it on the factory. When they finally showed up to install the carpet three weeks after they promised to, there was only one installer. There were some spots up against the walls where we felt the carpeting was not pulled tight enough and transition pieces were not put in. When we refused to make the final payment until the job was sone correctly, the installer flew into a rage. Take our advice and go to a well reviewed, reputable company. It's worth paying a little more for better installation and better customer service.

At the facility, Laurie S. was instrumental in helping us pick out the right product and getting us squared away. We were given an installation date and notified by phone the day prior to installation confirming the start time. Mike, the installer, was great. After removing the old carpeting downstairs, it was discovered that there were old tiles between the padding and the cement floor, which turned out to be a major disruption in the process. Mike offered instruction on the proper removal and disposal of the tile and went to work once that had been completed. I wondered why he was working solo and he explained that his assistant had called out sick that day. It was a big job, but he handled it expertly and also made quick work of the upstairs hallway carpet removal and installation. Hopefully Tile & Carpet Town provides monetary rewards for good reviews - it's been earned in this case. :)

They even stayed late to give us the time we needed to make a decision we truly loved -- that kind of dedication set the tone for the entire experience. The whole process was as smooth and seamless as we could've hoped for. From the initial measurements to John going out of his way to pick up flooring samples for us -- every step was handled with care. Our project manager, Lyrek, made sure everything ran effortlessly behind the scenes, keeping us informed and confident throughout. When it came time for installation, Rex and Jesse were nothing short of incredible. We honestly feel so blessed to have had them in our lives for this project. They worked tirelessly, navigating every detail -- from last-minute changes to tricky flooring transitions -- with professionalism, creativity, and a smile. They never made us feel like a burden, only like they were just as invested in making our home beautiful as we were. It's hard to put into words how thankful we are. Rex and Jesse made such an impression that our 6-year-old son is already sad that he doesn't get to see his "friends" every day anymore! Every member of their team went above and beyond to make this project special, and the final result is something we're genuinely proud of. We have already received several compliments on how great our flooring looks. We're so grateful for their hard work, and we'll continue recommending them to anyone looking to transform their space with people they can trust.
