Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Decided to have him continue cleaning the line and then flush it for one final step to remove all the residue. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

He was professional, respectful, and friendly. The Plumber's business card is now in a place of importance in my card file. I will definitely utilize them again and highly promote them to others. I'm certain the work would have been excellent; however, I was hoping to save with a local plumber. I would have appreciated being able to receive a ballpark estimate over the phone. They needed to have a technician look at the existing unit before an estimate could be given. After the technician spent 3 minutes looking at the unit and I declined the very expensive install, it was explained that there was a $70 fee for the visit. This is reasonable; however, if that had been disclosed ahead of time, I would have likely gone elsewhere.

I got a text message (he didn't even bother to call) at 6 the evening before saying that one of his guys had covid and he MIGHT have to cancel. I begged him to please find a way to come as we scheduled this appointment so I would have an outlet for a new fridge that I was having delivered. I also had a couple of lights that needed installing and a switch that needed to be moved along with a light. He said he would keep me updated and would reach out in the morning. Two days later and I have not heard from him. I assume the truth is they found a job that was more beneficial payment wise and decided they could do without my business. This actually worked out for me! The owner Shawn from CNY Electrical took my call and listened to what happened to me and said he would ask one of his guys to come out the following day. CNY Electrical came out this morning and did the same job for $100 cheaper! The work was done exactly the way I wanted it and Jason was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and even guided me in setting up my Ring devices. He was polite and cleaned up after he was completed with the job. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work that needs to be done. I will certainly be calling them when it is time to renovate the downstairs of my home as well as outdoor lighting that I will be installing. Thanks again for coming through on a pinch CNY Electrical! STAY FAR AWAY FROM BERGOVIC ELECTRIC. He appeared to be such a nice guy, which is why I went with them at first, but learned fast that his shady disposition was not too far from the surface.
