This spot is literally the size of a larger garage or barn - teal in color with parking area on the side. I was trying to think of what to compare this to but I can't think of anything. You walk in and see a very small room of slot machines (approx. 60) and what looks like a bunch of locals, who many appear to know each other but in a small town this isn't surprising. There is very friendly staff that walk around offering mini bottles of water, a fridge with complimentary water, free coffee in the back and some vintage vending machines. I also saw an ATM machine there. Now the machines didn't appear that "loose" compared to other locations but I did end up doubling my money, winning a whopping $20. I am not much of a gambler, so I cannot speak too much on that aspect. My parents didn't win any money and they were doing Max bets on several machines, lost around $80. They did have some fun games such as an Edgar Allen Poe machine, which I haven't seen before. If you come here expecting a full size casino or anything like Del Lago, Finger Lakes or Batavia locations then you will be sorely disappointed - this is a tiny location without any frills just slots. Overall the workers here were very friendly as was the general feel to the location, so from 2 stars I have rated it a 3. Do not drive out of your way to come here, if you aren't already in the area. My goal was to have an initial conversation to see which properties might qualify before moving further. The representative said she could help, but the call focused on collecting detailed information to pass to a specialist rather than answering general questions. I was asked for my billing address and the exact addresses of all properties. When I asked why this was needed at such an early stage, she explained they use addresses to look up assessment values, square footage, and photos or details from sites like Zillow before an audit. I explained that online data often does not reflect conditions relevant to insulation needs, basement/attic size, etc and that I was happy to provide full details once we determined it made sense to proceed. I was told I likely would not receive a call back without providing addresses. After giving one address for a property we were open to getting a quote on, I was told a callback would take about four days. Five minutes later, I received another call saying they would not be able to help, without any explanation given. Overall, it appeared the priority was evaluating properties to decide business viability, instead of first discussing services or eligibility.

I lucked out with Reliable Movers - not only were they responsive and willing to book me from out of state for a move-in to a place with multiple sets of stairs, when they arrived they were helpful, friendly, and even prevented some damage that would have been done because of the way my outgoing movers packed my truck. They took great care with all of my items, got everything to exactly where I asked it to be placed even though I was stuck outside with the truck providing information, and got it all done in record time. The crew that showed up on move-in day were about twenty minutes early, after checking in with me via phone and text. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was an excellent moving experience and I will be hanging on to Reliable's contact information for my eventual move to another location. The price for unloading into my new home was great, especially given the stairs involved. No one likes to make furniture go up narrow stairs - Reliable's crew made it happen quickly with a clearly practiced pace.
