They also stand behind products. And they've helped me for years and years. From my above ground pool to my current aging in ground system, I will go to them any time. And I'll tell you, if they're closed and I use someone else for help in a pinch, I always come away disappointed, and go back to Manning. He's a pool guy through and through. Last year I had some staining from another store's chemical recommendation, and I called Dennis. I told him the instructions on the bottle and he said "do you want to follow instructions, or do you want to take my advice so that this works for you?" He is a pool guy who has been around a long time and really knows his stuff.
