I sent a message via yelp and was prompted to describe the issue in detail (even asked if I wanted to add pictures). The automated electronic message at the end of my "quote request" stated that someone would contact me within 2 hours. In minutes I received an impersonal printed message asking me to call their 800 number. So I did. The person answering my call again asked me to describe the repair I needed. He then said pool service calls are not available in my area. He said it's simply a store/showroom. I guess when I see the Leslie store in my area listed on Yelp as a "pool service and repair" I assumed it was. ‍

Ever since then I've been asking for someone to come to my house to set the tub back up because whenever I did it, it would leak from the power pack. After many phone calls, requests, going to the store, we still haven't been able to get someone to come to our house to set up the tub. Customer service is terrible and for that reason I will not be recommending this brand. There is nobody to service it. We paid quite a bit of money to have this tub, to update our power pack and will be without its use for over 18 months. Terrible.
