We replaced our 16 x 24 foot pressure treated deck with a fabulous stamped concrete patio that leads right into and around the pool. One of my favorite parts of the pool is the canteliever edge - the stamped concrete goes right up to and into the top of the pool - it's a really great look. I was impressed with the organization of the various crews that worked on our install. The installers really had their act together - it was awesome to watch them transform our yard. We had a MAJOR problem with the heat pump…read more Called several places for service, including the place where we had purchased this 2 1/2 year old pool, and the few that repaired heat pumps were not available until mid-June. We called Cool Waters and Drew (owner) arrived Thursday afternoon, diagnosed the problem and went over and above to fix it. By Friday afternoon, we were up and running. Two install dates and two no shows with no phone call either. Good intentions don't work if you have no communication or planning skills. My neighbor had his liner installed by Cool Waters in May of 2022 and they left him with wrinkles in the bottom. They never came back to fix it. They are grasping at planning and installing. They have no contracts much less insurance. BEWARE.
