We replaced our 16 x 24 foot pressure treated deck with a fabulous stamped concrete patio that leads right into and around the pool. One of my favorite parts of the pool is the canteliever edge - the stamped concrete goes right up to and into the top of the pool - it's a really great look. I was impressed with the organization of the various crews that worked on our install. The installers really had their act together - it was awesome to watch them transform our yard. Their first visit they went to the house did a mediocre job didn't even backwash the pool and the pool was left looking not good and cloudy . I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone who gave me an attitude because I'm calling letting her know that the pool looks bad after I paid them to service it and that this is a business that I am running here and then I need my pool, not to be cloudy and looking bad The owner drew the came to the house went on about how he's the best And how it takes time to get the chemicals correct 10 days later the pool looks 10 times worse and it's green. Then after I call other companies up and I got Liverpool Pool and Spa to come out and handle the situation, they told me how bad this company is, I can clearly see that as I just hired them less than a month ago, and I've already fired them.
