Their tech came and looked at my furnace and pointed out a crack that was leaking water where it shouldn't. My previous service company noticed the leak but could not find the source. The Swimmin tech also pointed out some shortcuts taken by the previous installer, which were things a friend had pointed out to me before the visit from Swimmin. In short, the Swimmin tech was spot on with everything he said and his advice was exactly correct. They provided an estimate for a new furnace. I felt the price was reasonable so I ordered a new gas furnace. They sell a private brand of a name brand manufacturer. When installation day arrived the install was professionally done. They were on time on both estimate day and installation day. The woman who answers the phone is a joy to speak with. The installers cleaned up after themselves and now I have a nice, toasty-warm house. This furnace is easily the best one I've ever owned. It was so good I gave the installers some of my treasured homemade meatballs to bring to the owner. You only get meatballs if you did an outstanding job.

The crew who showed up to deliver was so nice! The best part Is that they have someone come out for your first set up and explain how to maintain it. Was having trouble with my heater that was installed by another provider. Majestic could not get…read morestaff out but had no problem facilitating a new purchase and immediate install. I should have stopped at that point. I decided to go with a new install and avoid the problematic heater I had. Staff showed up and go to work. It took about 4 hours for the install. They advised that I could not turn the pump on for 2-3 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I turned the pump on immediately noticed a leak due to their plumbing. It was not in the new plumbing but in the old plumbing that was modified by majestic. I called the shop and was met with people who were too busy to help. Funny how they are eager to take the phone call for payment but not when something went wrong. The staff ended up coming back at the end of the day and claimed I did something wrong and that they never touched it. I explained that they had modified the existing plumbing to incorporate the new heater. They left and no water leaks continued. UPDATE:::: now there is a gas leak that they are not calling me back about.I turned the gas off and went to the store in person and told them about the gas leak. No-one called me back. No-one has come to fix it. I called the local HVAC company and they came down and fixed the issue. I can't say that I would recommend Majestic. Poor, expensive service.
