We replaced our 16 x 24 foot pressure treated deck with a fabulous stamped concrete patio that leads right into and around the pool. One of my favorite parts of the pool is the canteliever edge - the stamped concrete goes right up to and into the top of the pool - it's a really great look. I was impressed with the organization of the various crews that worked on our install. The installers really had their act together - it was awesome to watch them transform our yard. Any issues that we had along the way were resolved professionally and promptly. I would recommend Chameleon to anyone looking for a pool install or concrete work.

I wanted to look into replacing a seal around the pump motor and impeller since there was a little bit of a leak on it when the pump was running and gave him a call to ask if he knew where I could get the parts locally. He was very helpful and suggested Gary Pools. He gave me some good advice on replacing it myself, so I wanted to give him 5-stars on Yelp just because I know if I ever hired him for anything he'd be extremely helpful. I got his prices for the future and he said he charged around $125 and up for a service call + parts which seemed reasonable to me. Hopefully, I won't have an issue where I'll need his help, but if I do--at least I know a local hot tub repairman I can call! Glad I found him on Yelp.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. From the beginning as many other recent reviews have…read morestated, there was minimal to no communication. We were supposed to be installed mid June and did not get installed until mid July. Understanding that weather plays a factor there were instances that were well within the control of the company's lack of scheduling and communication ability that led to my husband missing a day of work unpaid for the 3rd install date that was rescheduled twice more. For the dig out for our above ground pool they asked where we wanted the dirt which we requested be put in an old pond on the property which was 50 ft away we were told that it would take too long and be too much transportation. Instead he offerred to fill a dip in the yard stating that he would fill it in and level it out and after it was essentially dirt just dumped all over our backyard. When Justin did not show up to the actual install and when I told his team that I wanted to have a conversation with him before paying due to all of the problems his response to me was "My crew advised that you were withholding payment after completion" and that he will "make proper arrangements to collect payment for services rendered" all while victimizing himself and referring to our install as "a luxury item" as if that made the way he conducted business okay. Please take it from us and the other recent reviews we highly suggest that you avoid this company!

All they managed to do in the fall was the partial draining and maybe adding the chemicals (don't know for sure). They did not complete the job thus requiring that I contact another company who came and did the remainder of the closing. They removed the ladder, added more chemicals, and did the cover. Liners Plus would not get in the pool to remove the ladder and suggested covering the pool with the ladder in place. Poor solution for a company that prides itself on service. Will not use them anymore or recommend them to anyone. Stay clear.
