Had our pool installed late spring 2019 and Jim was there every step of the way. He even returned and corrected our lawn grading after it was messed up by the concrete people. He's gone above and beyond year after year for us and the guys are quick to respond and are helpful with post sale issues. We knew choosing a reputable company like Swimco was the smart choice, but we never expected how amazing the actual person in charge of our project would be! From the first day we met him, James was the most professional, honest, trustworthy, and reliable person to work with and he always remained calm and collected, even when the other projects we had going on around the house were not going as smoothly. He not only turned our 25+ year old pool into looking like a state-of-the-art resort, but he coordinated a huge concrete project along with it. It's pretty crazy that our biggest project of the year went the smoothest of all and that was not luck, it was definitely due to the people involved in it. I'm a bit taken back about the previous review regarding Swimco. Swimco installed my pool three years ago and have gone FAR above and beyond the call of duty to make certain we were 100% satisfied, educated, and informed every step of the way. Always responsive to phone calls and accommodating to my family's busy schedule for pool opening and closing and other service needs. Definitely not a company that installs a pool and forgets about you. They know exactly who I am when I call, they are very understanding, eager to please, and don't make you feel ignorant when you don't understand something. After being a customer for over 7 years with Swimco I cant stay with them any longer. I should have left long ago. Year after year i have found them to be slow to respond to service calls, and extremely high for supplies and parts in particular. They charge more than double what you will pay online for parts. I suggest finding another provider in the Western New York Area that will be happy to have your business. read more
