They could care less. Now the box for the original liner was never opened. They didn't want to hear it. They charged a 30% return fee and I had to also pay shipping to return which came to about 50% of what I paid. So I returned it in original box, the same way I received it. I called back about a week later after tracking showed it received at the Fla. address for returns. Mind you, they never contacted me to let me know it was received. I was told that the package was received opened and damaged. I asked hem to send me photos of the damage and of course they didn't and was told that they contacted UPS about the damaged box and that UPS was waiting for my claim. Well that was a lie as they didn't contact UPS until after I called them out. Bottom line don't deal with these thieves. #1 the phone number they list is bogus, so there is no one to talk to, #2 it's email only which is a joke. I put the claim into UPS and keeping my fingers crossed. Good thing I took pictures of the box at the UPS store I used to ship it back. YHEYSUCK!

The amount of hot tubs available alone was astpunishing. They have a really cool selection of air hockey, foosball, pinball, etc too which I wasn't expecting. Mark and Lisa were working and even though it was time for them to go home, they opened the door for my dad. He needed a pool cover and a pillow. They took down his order, went wherever to get it, and cashed him out. All with a smile and what my dad described as 'excellent customer service'. He came home so happy that they were able to accommodate him like that.

They will not swap one and they will not refund me. I will no longer shop at that store or any other home depot.

It would have to be reordered. Was told it would be in around March 25th. March 25th, I went to the store found it still wasn't in. I asked for refund. I was told no refund until it arrived at the store?! I asked for a manager because I couldn't believe that a national chain would charge me (credit card was billed the 12th) for something they couldn't supply, then refuse a refund. Guess what? The manager said the same thing! I eventually called their 800 number and Miguel was able to cancel the order for me. Are the staff at Home Depot stupid? Incompetent? Both? I don't know, but I won't ever go back.
