I was told that the package was received opened and damaged. I asked hem to send me photos of the damage and of course they didn't and was told that they contacted UPS about the damaged box and that UPS was waiting for my claim. Well that was a lie as they didn't contact UPS until after I called them out. Bottom line don't deal with these thieves. #1 the phone number they list is bogus, so there is no one to talk to, #2 it's email only which is a joke. Mark and Lisa were working and even though it was time for them to go home, they opened the door for my dad. He needed a pool cover and a pillow. They took down his order, went wherever to get it, and cashed him out. All with a smile and what my dad described as 'excellent customer service'. He came home so happy that they were able to accommodate him like that.

She was "fiddling" with things around the counter while talking about friends on Facebook with the person on the phone. My husband, who had been been standing there for several minutes at this point asked if she could cash him out.
