Still in packaging. Everyone who works here is so freaking friendly. I couldn't even get over it and I had to tell the girl working the counter & phones how amazing she is at customer service because she was so friendly. I will definitely be shopping here more. We went back to the same cashier that cashed me out the 1st time & she would NOT honor the 15% off since she already scanned it- even though I never left the front of the store & my husband was clearly with me. I understand the code may not have worked a 2nd time but she could have made an exception bc the 15% wouldve worked if I had put all items in the same transaction. My husband then asked her if theres a military discount to which she wasnt not thrilled about so I said YES, Its 10% off bc we have used it at that location before. He went show his military ID but of course he accidentally left it in his cammies. (His fault-he shouldve had it with him) however the cashier still shouldve applied the 10% to honor the veteran discount anyways. He has photos of his id & clear proof of his service. Wasnt good enough. So I said actually we wont be purchasing this then- my husband was kind enough to take back both heavy chair boxes to the section so that the cashier didnt have to carry them. We were completely unsatisfied with our interaction. Its not about the $20 we wouldve saved it was about the cashier's unfriendlyness & clear annoyance to be bothered by us late at night toward close. She should've made it right even if it meant calling a manager. Ive worked retail for years- id never question if someone was a vet or deny them their 10% if they forgot their card out of respect. People don't l typically lie about being a US service member over a few bucks. And really, the 15% shouldve been honored considering I never left the store and the transaction couldve been 1... I didnt realize he wanted to buy more items especially close to $200. I filled out the survey on the bottom of the receipt and it only allows me to type 1200 characters so I couldnt even tell the whole story. So thats why im leaving this review on yelp.

What I received was no where near what I was promised. The soil I received was more "fill soil" if anything( hard, compact large chunks and never seen a sifter). I barely used 5 shovels worth of this junk when I came across large pieces of glass , metal wire, garbage, tons and tons of stone and sticks. I called right away as they say to within 7 days to resolve the issue. I had to call back for the last 3 days to wait for the owner to get in . Finally the receptionist called me back , not him , not a manager stating they will do noting more but give me 10% off a future order. I didn't want a refund of my money, I didn't ask for a discount. All I wanted was them to pick up this garbage so called "Premium top soil" and replace it with fine sifted permium top soil. I'm not going to lay this dirt on my yard where kids and dogs play in fear that glass , metal , rubber and god knows what else is in there. That is horrible customer service , you sell 4 products and can't even honor your product and to not even reach out yourself shows how much you care for your company and customers.I would shop elsewhere. Items for sale were all reasonably priced and there were around 160 vendors. It took awhile to decide what I wanted/needed to buy. Finally bought 3 stained glass flowers ($5 ea) to put in my planters and a pretty necklace ($18). I wanted another necklace but it had no price and there was no answer from the artist after the cashier tried to get a hold of them which is a shame because they lost a sale).
