Great experience with Matt and Amanda in buying my new Bullfrog spa! I had a Hotsprings and had so much trouble with it. In doing my research, I figured out that Bullfrog was the best option for me. These spas are such a better quality than most options on the market. Matt helped me choose the right model. He had to special order it and was very kind about allowing me to swap out if I wasn't happy. No need, it is gorgeous! Very pleased that I found Matt and his team through Bullfrog. I am anticipating many happy years with my new tub, and know that I will have the help and support that I need if an issue happens. Great job and great product!

Everything was fine at Lowe's today. I did not give it a five star because they had the self check…read moreout lane open and they tried to get me to do it. I hate the self check out. I only go to the lines where a person does the check out. You should open more actual checkout lanes. There are so many people working there and yet you still have to wait to check out with only one lane open. Just my two cents. I always go to Lowes over Home Depot. But get another check out lane open.

I only wish I had the perspicacity to read the poor customer reviews on the Greece, NY Lowes store…read more We would have never spent over $10,000 for our new home had we known how abjectly they are reviewed by customers. They should be ashamed! We purchased tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, ceiling fans and appliances among many other items. As a result of the horrific experience we endured, I am woefully disappointed with the entire circumstance surrounding our purchases. I wish I had told them to tke everything back. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran who has patronized Lowes over the past forty-plus years due to the fact that they advertised long ago that they were an organization founded by a WWII veteran and that they promoted and honored veterans for their service. At the time, they were the only hardware-type store that offered a discount to veterans. As a licensed master electrician for over 40-years, I've frequented Lowes for electrical supplies and power tools ever since. This was a bizarre experience. It took three trips and untold hours and hours on the phone just to have our appliances delivered and installed. In the end, they failed miserably. The first two personnel who came to our house, failed to install the appliances as required. Appliances were brought over a two day period and neither personnel installed what they were here to do. They showed little to no respect for our newly built home and left damage to the walls of the laundry room. Our asphalt drive was just installed. There were traffic cones and a red ribbon at the end of the drive indicating to not travel on it. One crew ran the cones over parking their delivery van on the driveway we hadn't even parked on yet. Issues began almost immediately. Lowes restocked the extensive tile order I placed and paid for before it could be picked up without notifying me or offering a refund. We were 400-miles away at the time. As a result I had spoken with several assistant managers who agreed to hold the tile until pickup. Several because they continued ot nitify me to pick up the tile. They restocked nonetheless. Nobody notified me. It took hours to choose mathcing tile that was in stock. Additionally, for our appliances, we had chosen a future delivery date upon purchase but continued to be notified that they wanted to prematurely deliver and/or install appliances when the house wasn't ready. It took hours and hours on the phijne with Lowes and CRSC, the 3rd party installers to resolve the delivery issues. leIn addition to hours spent on the phone between Lowes and CRSC, the installation company, we were required to be present at the house three times before we even owned it. Each time was another debacle. It was as if we were dealing with a third-world company. Communication is terrible at best. Personnel sent to install appliances were incompetent. It took hours on the phone to get them to install pedestals purchased with the washer/dryer. In the end, they're fastened crookedly and they failed to level them. This disabled Marine veteran had to crawl on the floor to perform what should have been done by installers. It is extremely difficult for me to get down on the floor and get back up afterward. As a Marine veteran, I do chain of command. Throughout the entire ordeal, I made several attempts to reach the store manager. He was never available and never called me back regarding the installation debacle. Neither did several assistant managers I subsequently left messages with. Lowes Executive Customer Service was useless and obtuse. Interaction with that person was incredibly frustrating. She repeatedly indicated that she called or emailed us when we had no evidence of such. In my opinion, she should not be in that position. Throughout the entire ordeal, she failed to resolve anything. I even wrote the CEO, Marvin Ellison but he too has ignored several emails. He's also been cc'd in emails to customer service in case he wants to say he didn; t receive them. He should be immensly concerend with the terrible experience we had. Bottom line, he doesn't care that his organization is inept.? I have since visited the Greece Lowes store. Has anyone from corporate ever visited that store? The store is filthy with associates openly engaged in personal phone conversations and others just standing around. I now understand why the organization funcitons so ineptly. In closing, I take particular offense to companies that batten upon a military association and claim to support veterans. Lowes has abjectly let this veteran down. I would not recommend my worst enemy to patronize them and after a forty+ year relationship, I will never step foot into a Lowes again. I will continue to reiterate the horrific experience we had to anyone who will listen. Shame on Lowes! This was a nightmare. Obviously, I am limited with this review but I welcome someone in a position to remedy the very poor experience we had, to contact me. They know who we are.
