So thinking I would just exchange it again so they could see it.... Well this time when I called I got an older lady who literally refused to give me her name and stated "I do not need to give you my name" after I asked for her name at the end of the call because one she never introduced herself like I did and the tone of her voice and the way she talked to me was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. This older woman told me "we don't do refunds so we're not going to give you another free plant, you are lucky you even got one free plant, for all we know it could have snapped at the base from the wind or you planted it wrong and all of our Zinnias are all healthy and doing great so obviously you did something wrong and killed the plant..." but even though there planted in window boxes and the rest are all thriving. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and unfortunately with them I will never step foot again in that place. If the older gentleman saw me in person along with my significant other, he'd know exactly who we were. Also, if there are supposed signs in your place of business saying no refunds even though I'm not asking for a refund then maybe you should inform your employees regarding it.
