They installed new liner in my inground pool last year. When I opened up this summer there was 2…read moreproblems. The liner came off edge clip, and the PVC plumbing they did to install new brominator was leaking at connection. They reclipped the liner but said they would order new connecting flange to heater to do repair. That was the last I seen or heard from Dave, the owner. I place as many as 10 phone calls, texts, and emails. Not once did I get a return call. I also had another instance where the liner came off. I almost begged him to call me so I could avoid it from further pulling off. NO RESPONSE. Very poor service.

They have terrible customer service! When I went to get a new pump, the owner claimed I ruined it. He had actually gave me a used one that stopped working after 2 days. When I returned it he slammed it on the ground and claimed I broke it. Even after all that I still went there to buy a ladder conversion kit( only because they were the only ones who had it in stock). They sold it to me for $50. I got home and saw it had a price tag for $28, when I called they told me the price wasn't right. I will never buy so much as a pool noodle from them again. Pools unlimited is much more professional and only 5 min down the road.
