They installed new liner in my inground pool last year. When I opened up this summer there was 2 problems. The liner came off edge clip, and the PVC plumbing they did to install new brominator was leaking at connection. They reclipped the liner but said they would order new connecting flange to heater to do repair. That was the last I seen or heard from Dave, the owner. I place as many as 10 phone calls, texts, and emails. Not once did I get a return call. I also had another instance where the liner came off. I almost begged him to call me so I could avoid it from further pulling off. NO RESPONSE. Very poor service. read more
