Mark and Lisa were working and even though it was time for them to go home, they opened the door for my dad. He needed a pool cover and a pillow. They took down his order, went wherever to get it, and cashed him out. All with a smile and what my dad described as 'excellent customer service'. He came home so happy that they were able to accommodate him like that.

They did not show and did not bother to come. Even after calling and leaving a voicemail about the appointment no response was ever made after calling again to try and have it serviced. they abruptly cut you off and send you off to the next person to not deal with you. Then deny you even having an appointment with them, even though you called. And this was with dealing with the owner as well, who was extremely rude and inappropriate to his customers. I cannot recommend enough to not do business with them and find a company that is more professional. If this owner is a representation of the company, I am surprised they've remained in business this long. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We called and e-mailed all day long, were consistently sent to voice-mail and never got a response. Had to message them on Facebook under a different name to get a response, and when given the name it was scheduled under, we waited half an hour longer to be told "the office was supposed to notify you this morning to tell you we won't be making it today". Could have told us that one of the many times we called/emailed. They didn't even offer to reschedule. We have a party this weekend and will just have to try to figure it out ourselves now. Do NOT recommend.

The crew who showed up to deliver was so nice! The best part Is that they have someone come out for your first set up and explain how to maintain it. This is my first spa so having that was awesome, no need to figure anything out for myself. Their prices are really fair, I was able to get a nice spa and didn't have to pay a million dollars. I'm so happy I went with Majestic. Any future spa's I will def be purchasing from them!

Was having trouble with my heater that was installed by another provider. Majestic could not get…read morestaff out but had no problem facilitating a new purchase and immediate install. I should have stopped at that point. I decided to go with a new install and avoid the problematic heater I had. Staff showed up and go to work. It took about 4 hours for the install. They advised that I could not turn the pump on for 2-3 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I turned the pump on immediately noticed a leak due to their plumbing. It was not in the new plumbing but in the old plumbing that was modified by majestic. I called the shop and was met with people who were too busy to help. Funny how they are eager to take the phone call for payment but not when something went wrong. The staff ended up coming back at the end of the day and claimed I did something wrong and that they never touched it. I explained that they had modified the existing plumbing to incorporate the new heater. They left and no water leaks continued. UPDATE:::: now there is a gas leak that they are not calling me back about.I turned the gas off and went to the store in person and told them about the gas leak. No-one called me back. No-one has come to fix it. I called the local HVAC company and they came down and fixed the issue. I can't say that I would recommend Majestic. Poor, expensive service.

We were instantly greeted by Tim who was knowledgeable, friendly and didn't try to pressure us one bit. Still we checked out the competition. One other place seemed to be giving us "a better deal", but upon checking their BBB rating and reviews, we were too skeptical to deal with them (the old saying - Buyer Beware!). Went back to Pool Brite to close the deal. We scheduled the delivery date and the hot tub came when promised. The installation team (Rob and Zachary) were awesome. They were quick, thorough and made sure everything was working properply. Rob spent a lot of time making sure we understood the maintenance/chemicals etc. All in all, this was a wonderful company to deal with in every respect, and I cannot find one negative thing to say about them.
