Chris and crew have opened and closed my pool, replaced my pump, and recommended a great company when I needed a new heat pump. That's in addition to great advice on maintaining the pool and equipment any time I've asked. This year, needed a new liner. I wouldn't have called anyone else! They have terrible customer service! When I went to get a new pump, the owner claimed I ruined it. He had actually gave me a used one that stopped working after 2 days. When I returned it he slammed it on the ground and claimed I broke it. Even after all that I still went there to buy a ladder conversion kit( only because they were the only ones who had it in stock). They sold it to me for $50. I got home and saw it had a price tag for $28, when I called they told me the price wasn't right. I will never buy so much as a pool noodle from them again. Pools unlimited is much more professional and only 5 min down the road.
