worst service ever !!! last winter paid deposit for liner , after many non return calls and text my liner was installed in august last year. this year in June liner folling off track - try to get them to fix it because it's still under a warranty , all I get is that they are to busy. its a scam for sure dont waist your time or money read more

Had a pool opening scheduled almost a month in advanced. They never gave us a time, so we took the day off of work for it. The day arrives, still no time. We called and e-mailed all day long, were consistently sent to voice-mail and never got a response. Had to message them on Facebook under a different name to get a response, and when given the name it was scheduled under, we waited half an hour longer to be told "the office was supposed to notify you this morning to tell you we won't be making it today". Could have told us that one of the many times we called/emailed. They didn't even offer to reschedule. We have a party this weekend and will just have to try to figure it out ourselves now. The liner guys should be the LIAR GUYS. I had a contract that said work would be done in June. June came and went. July came and went. August came and went. Multiple excuses. I was patient understanding and cooperative. September comes they said they couldn't do my job and would close my pool complimentary and refund my money in 10 days. No closing no money. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude, never contacted back.. and this is when they couldn't do anything and I wanted to be one of the first when they could resume . Only then did he make us send him the measurements and would only communicate with the MAN of the house. Don't waste your time with Liner Guys unless you want multiple no call no shows. Once they finally did show up to open our pool over a week late they pulled the cover without draining any water or skimming any leaves and then told us that the pool was unable to be opened because there was a small area where the liner was pulling away from the wall (the same condition it was in when they opened the previous year). They literally left us with a swamp and the owner assured me he was sending his team back to make it right and once again had a no call no show. We opened the pool by ourselves and lost out on three weeks of swimming because of them not showing up and leaving us with a disaster. read more

No response! Good work guys! I try to reach them repeatedly to get my pool closed and nobody likes to pick up a phone or give me a call back for that matter apparently they're too overbooked or have enough clientele so I'll take my business elsewhere thanks liner guys for all your help read more

Called to schedule a pool opening in April. Wanted to get on their list early. Spoke with John, very nice on the phone, gave me a date of May 17th. Took the day off of work. Never showed or even had the decency to call!! I called and spoke with Chris and asked him what time they were planning on coming, he paused like he had no idea that I was on the schedule! Told me he would call back....nothing. I called the next morning, spoke with John again, was told they were backed up. I told John I took the day off of work just to be there for the opening. Never even offered an apology! Was told he would call back and let me know status, it's the 19th and I haven't heard a thing! Became suspicious, checked the reviews and they suck! Thank God I cancelled! How do people like this stay in business?? I wouldn't let them clean out a pig sty. Too bad this site doesn't offer negative stars, I would give them 5. read more
