I just wanted to clarify my experience -- short and simple- you confirmed an appt you didn't keep and then decided not to accept a project/work further because my tone of frustration (of which your lack of communications was the root cause ) was not acceptable. You say you "value mutual respect and clear communication in every client relationship. " Unfortunately, you didn't even communicate until I contacted you to ask if you were still coming. You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients. And best of luck to Hub Chan Remodeling. I didn't have a chance to experience their excellent work as others have yelped but hope others get to. Just confirm your appt ahead of time.

We went in looking for new appliances, or new to us... and found the Batavia store doesn't carry stainless steel. They had 1 new fridge in a box, made by Crosley. They had several used appliances, but most looked a little banged up. The guy was very nice. He referred us to the Rochester store for our needs. They had a used freezer in Batavia that I really wanted, but it won't fit down the stairs in my very old house. We did go to the Rochester store and made a sizeable purchase.
