Wiring run to box wasn't tacked up to basement ceiling, only draped over joists. No insulation behind dryer (outside wall torn down to studs) even though we asked for it AND supplied it. Installed a floor drain not recessed. Hot and cold water inputs reversed. Tried to hang a pot rack on a wall that housed a pocket door. Attached dryer vent with tape - it fell off and dryer air has been blowing back into the house and making us sick for the last three weeks. Drainage pipe from roof was chopped off inside laundry room wall and covered with a rubber sock. Husband found it full of water while new contractor was redoing drywall - WHICH WAS MUDDED WITHOUT TAPE. Dismantled old 220 line against our wishes and shoved it into the wall wrapped in tape. Fired Presto when he caused a gas leak in my basement. Sued and won. He appealed and I won that too.

Good information to know. I let him know why I picked their company, etc and he answered any and all questions that me and my dad had regarding the work. We needed a couple outlets put in, got a whole house power surge protector and a light switch updated. Dan gave us the cost, estimated time it would take to complete it and once approved, he got right to it. Once he was done, he explained everything and made sure we were good with this work. He actually found some issues as he was working, but he explained them and gave us his recommendation. Excellent work for a VERY reasonable price.
