Moved forward with ice/snow removal for the roof and he and his crew were out a day later and did an excellent job. It was refreshing to deal with someone who honestly lays out your problems and reviews solutions without feeling the pressure of being upsold at every opportunity. They're respectful of your time and provide excellent customer service. While the roof was being cleared Nick noticed a few small issues that were causing water to enter our home. He was back the next day to seal them up and cleared snowfall from the previous night as well without me even asking. I additionally emailed Nick about the estimate, and he told me that he was working on the estimate that morning. I still to this day have not received the estimate. I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house. Either send out an estimate, or say "Look, we are not interested in doing the work."

They worked with us to get our shed cleaned-up on the outside as well.
