Received 1 estimate 36 hours after it was promised and it WAS NOT what we discussed and way over priced The estimate included work the estimator told me could not be done. Owner called me trying to justify the price. That was another joke! Told be just the dumpster to remove the debris was $500. Problem being the estimate said debris would be taken away in a pickup truck. Pretty bad when the owner doesn't know what's in the estimate. Other companies gave me line iten costs Tall Pines was just a lump sum. WATCH WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!

Tech came out, worked some kind of "magic" and left. The roof is still leaking. Sent a text to Todd which has been IGNORED. HIS WORK IS SUBPAR AT THE LEAST. And his attitude is WORSE.

John Chatt and the team at Todd Fritz were phenomenal to work with from start to finish! We had an…read moreemergency leak situation and they came out within the hour to evaluate the issue, provide an extremely fair and reasonable quote, and provide a temporary solution to stop the leaking while we navigated insurance. This not only relieved our stress, but minimized potential damages while we determined next steps. Once given the green light, they got to work right away on a full roof replacement that not only looks beautiful, but remedied the issue right away - all before the snow hit! We couldn't recommend them enough for your next roofing project! Thank you John and team!

The time from the signing of the contract on May 24th to completion on August 22nd was a total of…read more80 days. The contract was to remove existing 12x18 deck and install a new deck 14x20 of composite material with vinyl railing system. The actual project duration was 61 days. Numerous failures of proper planning resulted in delays and adversely affected final quality of the overall project. They started off on the wrong foot by pouring footers for the wrong size deck and things got worse from there. Heavy usage of shims and strange blocking under deck make the quality from underneath look sub-standard. The additional 6x6 post for support, necessary after the wrong size deck started being built looks out of place and wrong. The staircase with nail holes, hammer dents, visibility of risers and treads above skirting, narrow space between the hand railings all contribute to poor quality appearance. We would NEVER recommend this contractor for ANY WORK of any sort. I have full documentation of the entire project including dates, pictures and all attempted cutting of corners. Contact me at alotze1@gmail.com and I would be happy to furnish with all details.

They only use their own employees, no sub contractors or scabs. I have tried at least five other company's and this one is the all around best choice. Trust me. I have had them do everything from a new roof to interior remodeling. Each time I got a good price and Not the lowest I might add, but when I checked the details from the other company's They all lacked Somethings that mattered to me. When I had issues or felt the price was not right I was able to sit down and discuss my concerns with the owner. How rare is that? The best part was he made the changes I needed without a hassle. if you need more details email me at vincenttesta@gmail.com

He promised to repair it again within 10 years as stated on the signed quote. He did not keep his word. I called him as soon as it started leaking on a Friday and he said he would come out Monday to get the snow off and tarp the roof. I tried calling him that Monday and the call would not go through. I tried for the next two weeks, same outcome. He clearly blocked my phone. Several issues here: 1. He blatantly lied to me saying he would help me and take the snow off the roof and tarp it to prevent serious water damage from occurring. 2. He blocked my number. I was not aggressive or rude when I called him with the issue. 3. He did not stand by his warranty. Would you want someone like this working on your roof to protect your family? His behavior is sickening and illegal. No honesty or integrity. Does not stand by his work.

The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

Luckily, I found Luis, who came the same day. He immediately cleared the clog and cleaned out all of the gutters thoroughly. They let me know this price change one week before breaking ground. I would not let them change a lightbulb for me. American Custom never gave me my money back. I brought them to the Better Business Bureau where they lied multiple times and I had proof of their lies. I spoke with the architect that American custom used and he stated he said he did not even get $500 from American Custom. They cut a hole in my dry wall about 3' x 2' and made a disaster with dust never cleaned up their mess and never even offered to fix the hole at the end. American Custom was here for a total of 10min when they cut through the drywall (which I have on my ring camera) when they cut hole. They were in and out. So I guess it's $4000 to cut a hole in drywall? If you have a project, don't do it with this company. American Custom is not trustworthy and definitely not honest.

The appointment was set for 1:30. When there was no sign of Kevin by 2:00 and we hadn't received a call to say he was running late, I called the office again. I don't know if I spoke to the same person, but as it turned out when our appointment was entered into their system, the person doing so somehow neglected to push the button that would actually assign this appointment to Kevin. She called it an "honest mistake." It was a pretty big mistake and had I not called the office, we wouldn't have even known there was a problem. We decided to call another company for an estimate.
