I approved the estimate (which was very reasonable) and he got started right away. I explained what I had going on and he said he'd come by in about 2 hours to check it out. He never showed or called to postpone/reschedule which I find to be very disrespectful, especially since I had not asked him to come over immediately, he offered to. I ended up canceling a doctor appointment to make sure I was home when I thought he was just running late. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend working with this company.
