Christopher made arrangements to come out and do an estimate the next day. He took pictures of everything and explained exactly what needed to be done. I approved the estimate (which was very reasonable) and he got started right away. Along the way, he found some additional significant damage, ( more pictures) which he fixed within the original estimated price. This is a very ethical company which does excellent work. I reached out via email to schedule a time for someone to come out. I received a quick response via email and the owner called me shortly after. I explained what I had going on and he said he'd come by in about 2 hours to check it out. He never showed or called to postpone/reschedule which I find to be very disrespectful, especially since I had not asked him to come over immediately, he offered to. I ended up canceling a doctor appointment to make sure I was home when I thought he was just running late. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend working with this company.
