Dave and his crew did a great job, and at a very reasonable price! I'm thoroughly pleased with my new gutters, which were tested by a torrential downpour minutes after Dave left. He is very upfront and walked me through each phase and again embraced me for the dust that would travel through out the house even with the plastic tarps taped up to capture it all. The concrete dust was crazy and can't thank Joe and his team for doing an amazing job with the 4 days they were down there. From start to finish they were excellent and you can tell they were seasoned masonry tradesmen and new there stuff. They came highly recommended to us from a family friend and seeing their work on their website which is why we called. Have to say we were impressed. Husband responded to the email saying we would like to work with Apex. At this point on the first day Apex was a 10 star in our book. After that nothing!!! It's been over a month and NOTHING!! Husband called several times and no return calls. Hummmm?? Okay hopefully for Apex they got really busy with windows, gutters, roofs, whatever. But no time for a call? Sounded like owner had workers and believe me the windows in this house could be done by grown men in less than half a day. Not a bad way to earn $250. Just my opinion. So here we are 1st of June and no window washer. My experience with window washer is that they are not dependable. Apex is certainly not. I am approaching 80 years old and once again having to clean them myself. Lucky for me I can still do myself and I do enjoy the pace that I can set but it really would have been great to have them done. Oh by the way, since mister Apex owner was so prompt the first day, I took off all of the window hangings and cleaned the window sills to make things easier for the workers. We have 2 tips that we think can take the business to the next level. There must be a clear understanding between both parties when doing the estimate. This will reduce the need for scope creep in the project. For projects that require cleaning up, you need to make sure there is a plan to remove the trash. You take it with you, or it needs to be bagged in contractor bags to be put out periodically with the trash. I wish your business the best. I have no doubt that they will take these tips into consideration going forward. We will be in touch for the upcoming project.

Contractor sub-contracted the work (without informing me know) and the sub-contractor damaged the walls by using incorrect pressure washer jet nozzle, ruining the foundation of house (knocked out mortar from foundation blocks). Brought this to their attention and they agreed this wasn't part of the original invoice, nor was it the intention. They told me to fix their mistake they must charge me an additional $900 on top of previously agreed upon price. This company does not do they work, they sub-contract it out. Your results will depend on who is available at the time to do the work. There are good reviews from people who have had good sub-contractors come in. There are also bad reviews from people who had bad sub-contractors come in. If a bad sub-contractor damages your property, it will become your financial responsibility to have it fixed.
