DO NOT HIRE! TLDR: shotty installation, greedy owner, never made good. I curse this contractor…read moreevery time it rains. initial assessment of Dave was alright, agreed upon a good price, extra for the color we wanted, knew his stuff, loved the Bills. Day 1 (Thursday afternoon) Installation, everything was good, crew seemed competent, helpful and hardworking. Installed the seamless sections but ran out of time for downspouts. Day 2 (Friday) downspouts installed while I was at work, came home to finished gutters. Had to attend calling hours for close family. Saturday was non-stop calls from Dave, he wanted to get paid. I don't blame him, contractors want to get paid... but after telling him I was at a funeral he kept insisting to get paid that day. This should have been the red flag I needed... his wife drove him to the cemetery to pick up the money while he was reeking of alcohol. After inspecting the work I noticed not all of the screws on the seemless gutters were screwed into facia... additionally tech screws were used to fix the downspouts to the gutter catching any debris causing overflow every time it rains. This has caused rotting of on valley and countless washouts of gardens below. I tried calling Dave back to express my displeasure with his work, he said he would make it right and never showed. I called back a month later and he didn't remember me. After colorfully reminding him he emphatically apologized and wanted to do whatever he could to make it right.... I'm sure he forgot again because no one ever showed. If I had any recourse other than a review I would be taking it... so here's my honest review.

Estimator came and we discussed the job. Talked about 2 options. I asked for price of each and was…read moretold I would have estimate that evening. Received 1 estimate 36 hours after it was promised and it WAS NOT what we discussed and way over priced The estimate included work the estimator told me could not be done. Owner called me trying to justify the price. That was another joke! Told be just the dumpster to remove the debris was $500. Problem being the estimate said debris would be taken away in a pickup truck. Pretty bad when the owner doesn't know what's in the estimate. Other companies gave me line iten costs Tall Pines was just a lump sum. WATCH WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!
