An absolutely fantastic, easy, seamless experience with Empire Gutter Cleaning. They let us know…read moreexactly how much our gutter cleaning would cost prior to showing up, showed up at exactly the time they said they would, were in and out in no time at all, and called us to confirm they would be coming ahead of time. What could be better? AND we got the job that we asked for done to perfection?! Boom. When my partner called to get this set up, office staff gave them him two different weeks that the team could come by. They (as all gutter cleaning companies around this time of year) do book up pretty quickly, so the sooner ahead you can call, the better. The best part is that this service is completely contactless, and perfect for the outbreak we're experiencing here in Monroe county. They hop on your roof, leave you the bill, and are on their way in no time. We have an 1800 sq ft house and cost was ~$150, and this company will give you a free estimate prior to arriving. The lack of "oh no how much is this going to be" scariness was amazing and allowed us to budget accordingly. Our leaky basement will be no more and we're looking forward to using Empire Gutter Cleaning for a long time to come. Yay home ownership! So fun!

Turned out our "newer 30 year" roof would be lucky to make it through one more winter. I do not give out five stars easily because I feel like this means there is nothing to improve …read more.. but if I could give 6, 7, 8 or 10 stars to Catalino Gutter Services, I would without hesitation! Look no further if you need gutter repair. And I'll go out on a limb and guess that their gutter cleaning is just as high quality -- I'll be switching our gutter cleaning to them in the Spring & Fall, based on how well they helped us with our repairs. So here's the sitch -- we'd just had our gutters cleaned and the service provider mentioned our gutters in the back were sagging which meant water wasn't draining, so they needed repair. Based on great reviews online for Catalino, I called for an estimate -- which was provided in about 2 days (quick considering it's Winter, many people needed their gutters cleaned after an early Fall snow which meant that every gutter company was backed-up with cleaning and calls for repairs, like mine). The price seemed reasonable, so we proceeded. Not only were they able to fill our repair needs FAR sooner than anticipated, the communication was TRULY exceptionally good, and then they were able to fix some very unanticipated repairs when they uncovered that our fascia boards (what the gutters hook onto) were completely rotten. In summary, they kept exactly to the revised quote that included more repairs than anticipated, the pricing was VERY reasonable, their timeline was to the "T" with what they quoted, they did an extraordinary job of cleaning up behind themselves, and were friendly and offered superior communication throughout. We're switching everything for gutter maintenance to them, and any future repairs will come their way without hesitation. A+++++++++ service.

He said I called "a few times" - I called 10 times. Once to schedule. Twice to confirm after some weirdness. And the seven dates listed below spread out over a month. Their recording did say they weren't taking on new business. Since I had scheduled it previously, and verified, I should not have been included in the "new business." My messages all said something along the lines of, "I heard your message. We've been scheduled for some time, please have someone call me back to confirm my house will still get done, yaddah yaddah yaddah..." It was have taken him 90 seconds to return one of my many messages - way less time than it took him to pen his response to me below. -- The first time we used them they were fine. The second time, they screwed me over real bad. I called two weeks before Thanksgiving and scheduled two service visits to have our gutters cleaned - one to happen immediately, and other to happen the week after Thanksgiving. I explained why (they were full, a storm was coming, and we needed them cleaned immediately or it causes flooding in our house, the next visit would be at the end of the season after our trees were done with the cycle). I got a voicemail the day after our first visit was scheduled - the worker came to our home but decided not to do the job, because he saw a for sale sign out in front of it, and said we should wait until our house sells so they were clear for the inspection (1. Not his decision to make, 2. We had scheduled two services, so this was already addressed). I got a hold of him, asked him to come back, told him we had two services scheduled, and CONFIRMED that we had two services scheduled. They never showed up for the second service after Thanksgiving. I left messages on 12/1, 12/11, 12/13. 12/15, 12/19, 12/21, and 12/26. I asked to please have someone call me back, so I would know if they screwed up their end again (worded much nicer at the time), or if they were just running behind due to weather. They still have not found me human enough to return my call. Now my gutters are full, covered with ice and snow, and I'm trying to sell my house. There are lots of gutter people out there. Go find another one who might show you an iota of respect and might succumb to showing some appreciation for their customer's time, money, and homes.
