I called Allstate immediately and did everything they wanted. They agreed on three of the five estimates we got and told us to choose one. ROCHESTER PRO ROOFING not only had a competitive bid, but said they would handle Allstate who was giving us a hard time. Vladimir and his crew have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating through this whole process, even though Allstate refused to give us anything toward the repair, unless we agree to only replace the area with the hole for $211.64. Long story short, we got a loan and had our roof replaced today. Vladimir and his crew arrived at 7 am this morning and tore off two layers of roof and replaced it. They were here until 8 pm and left us a new roof and a spotless work area. I cannot recommend them more. If you need a new roof, give them a call.

Some patch work was required, did that, roof joints were cleaned and sealed, then the whole roof was sealed. Good for 5 to 7 years, all at the agreed on price. Could not be happier with the professionalism of the tech, the work performed, etc. Sales/Assessment Rep, was good, fair evaluation, reasonable price, no wild absurd claims or up sell approach.
