I am embarrassed I have not yet written a review for Conte Lawn Care! We used them in Spring 2022…read morefor the Spring Clean-up or leaves, sticks and debris after a typical Rochester Winter. And they mulched our gardens for us, recommending we do the "professional standard" depth of mulch. We are SO GLAD we used them for both services -- expertly completed, and that mulch SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the # of weeds we suffered this year. Not to mention protecting the health of the plants by helping retain moisture, though this summer was soooooo dry. Based on how highly we thought of those services, we hired them to remove a large swath of lawn, establish four gardens, and plant clover paths between. We couldn't be happier with the end result -- it is EXACTLY what I had in mind, and Mark and his team did a fantastic time executing! I'll have to take pictures once the clover fills in. Say goodbye to mowing that area, and hello to tons of flowers and clover for the bees and other pollinators! We're so happy, we'll be switching our fertilizing and aerating lawn services to Conte!

The new acting owner, Scott, charged me $540 for a spring clean up…read more The clean-up included leaves from this past fall, and I expected to pay more than what I had been charged by the previous owner last spring, but not 3 and a half times as much. (I provided the owner with a copy of last year's invoice for $160.00, which he already had a record of.) My lot is 4,791 square feet. In a follow-up conversation, the owner, Scott claimed the charge was justified by labor used and time spent. I was home when the job was completed, when one of the crew assured me of how quickly the job would be completed. It took no more labor and time than the work completed last spring. I had previously inquired about a price. Scott didn't respond. I knew he was busy and wanted the work done. He knew it and took advantage of me. Below is a copy of my paid invoice and of the leaves blown to the front of my yard before removal. It's a big pile, but does not justify a $540.

After encountering 2 of these 'gutter cover' companies that wanted thousands upon thousands of…read moredollars to install their product, we came to the decision to have our gutters cleaned instead. Found Jeff through Thumbtack and he was very responsive. Came over soon after - very personable, very responsible, professional. He explained everything he would be doing, to include taking before and after photos of the gutters so we could see the build up over time as well as the finished work. While cleaning the gutters, he found some blocks in a few places. Dirt/mud/crud overflowed the gutters and ran down the siding of the house - which he took pics of. Well, he then pressure washed our siding, and you couldn't even tell he had been there - no dirt, nothing. cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job. this cost us thousands less if we were to do gutter cleaning once a year for the next 20 years vs installing those guards. Jeff also said that due to our property and how it was set up, gutter guards were not needed. I really felt good about getting our gutters cleaned, and knowing it was done correctly, to include washing the dirt off the house. i would TOTALLY recommend!!! give jeff a call!!!

Shout out for great service…read more Our roof was damaged back in April when a huge tree branch landed on it and made a huge hole that flooded our kitchen. I called Allstate immediately and did everything they wanted. They agreed on three of the five estimates we got and told us to choose one. ROCHESTER PRO ROOFING not only had a competitive bid, but said they would handle Allstate who was giving us a hard time. Vladimir and his crew have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating through this whole process, even though Allstate refused to give us anything toward the repair, unless we agree to only replace the area with the hole for $211.64. Long story short, we got a loan and had our roof replaced today. Vladimir and his crew arrived at 7 am this morning and tore off two layers of roof and replaced it. They were here until 8 pm and left us a new roof and a spotless work area. I cannot recommend them more. If you need a new roof, give them a call.

We've used Shawn and the Goat Crazy team for three separate residential roofing projects in the…read moreMonroe and Wayne County area, and every one of them exceeded our expectations. The work was completed on time, at a fair price, and with exceptional attention to quality. What really set them apart, however, was their commitment to protecting our property during and after the project. Their team carefully tarped the work areas and was meticulous with debris removal and cleanup. They thoroughly magnet-swept the property to ensure no nails were left behind, which gave us peace of mind knowing our pets and children could safely enjoy the yard afterward. In fact, they even found and removed nails left behind from a previous siding project completed by another contractor. That level of attention to detail and pride in their work is rare. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Goat Crazy again, and I regularly recommend Shawn and his team to friends and neighbors. If you're looking for a reliable, professional roofing contractor who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction, Goat Crazy is an outstanding choice.

The team was efficient, professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better crew. I was impressed by how quickly the project was completed and how smooth the entire process was. The cost was very affordable, especially considering the quality of the materials and workmanship.I can't say enough good things about this company. They removed the existing cedar shake, replaced flashing, repaired rotted wood, and completed the job with great attention to detail.Several months later, everything is still holding up strong. I haven't had to follow up with any concerns regarding the roof or the work that was completed. The team also replaced my neighbor's porch roof, and the quality of that work was just as impressive. As a follow-up, we even reached out to Shawn regarding damage caused by another company to a portion of the roof that wasn't part of the original replacement project. Shawn was quick to come out, assess the situation, and help us work toward a resolution with that company. That level of customer service after the job was completed really speaks to the kind of business they run. I will keep referring these guys for as long as I can. What a great resource to have when needed.

Wish I could rate 5 thumbs down. Terrible place to do business with. Have holes in my new roof…read more They ignore all my requests to fix anything. They cut thru my wall and flashing and you can see daylight shining in from outside. Water is coming in the holes and soaking the insulation. They even blamed me for the water leaking in. They poorly nailed a piece of trim over the flashing they cut and the nails went in to nothing but the flashing. No solid piece behind the nails to hold the nails in. So the trim piece is just another avenue for water to get under and damage the roof even more than they did. I have around a half dozen new shingles that are bent up because there are old roofing nails laying under them. Wish I could post pictures. I did post pictures on their Facebook page but of course they took them down and blocked me.
