I contacted them because of the great ratings I had read online. Well...never did get the estimate due to the person who came out to look at the job. An 11 AM appointment had been scheduled, but the man arrived at 10:30 AM. We called to him out the window, saying that we had expected him at 11 AM, and would be with him shortly. He loudly replied, "well, I'm here early" with an attitude. A couple of minutes later my husband walked out in front of the garage door to see him parked at the end of the driveway in the road. The man stared at him for about five seconds then began messing around with something in his car and didn't even acknowledge him. My husband heard him swearing and using the F word while sitting in his car with his door open. After saying "hey" a second time and getting no response, my husband said "You're done, get out of here". At this point the man responded F*** you! The treatment we received from this representative of All Seasons was so inappropriate! I called the tree service phone number and got an answering service. The representative took my complaint down in writing and said she would send it to the business and have a manager call us back ... no call as of today. Another indication of what you may encounter if you have a concern or complaint, even from management. This company lost a job due to one man's rude, obnoxious behavior. From our experience, beware of this tree service if this is any indication of the people they employ.

We have used his service many times over the years, and most recently we needed his help when a large tree limb came down on our garage during a thunderstorm around dinner time. Al offered to come out that night, but we felt we could wait until morning. Al and his helper Dave came to our house promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning as agreed. They cleared the limb and debris from our yard within an hour. We highly recommend Al's Tree Service, and we're going to call him next week to trim other trees in our yard.
