Some patch work was required, did that, roof joints were cleaned and sealed, then the whole roof was sealed. Good for 5 to 7 years, all at the agreed on price. Could not be happier with the professionalism of the tech, the work performed, etc. Sales/Assessment Rep, was good, fair evaluation, reasonable price, no wild absurd claims or up sell approach. Just gave me what I wanted and needed. Over very good job and fine folks to speak with, will call them again for my next home project when needed. What more could a home owner expect?

The new acting owner, Scott, charged me $540 for a spring clean up…read more The clean-up included leaves from this past fall, and I expected to pay more than what I had been charged by the previous owner last spring, but not 3 and a half times as much. (I provided the owner with a copy of last year's invoice for $160.00, which he already had a record of.) My lot is 4,791 square feet. In a follow-up conversation, the owner, Scott claimed the charge was justified by labor used and time spent. I was home when the job was completed, when one of the crew assured me of how quickly the job would be completed. It took no more labor and time than the work completed last spring. I had previously inquired about a price. Scott didn't respond. I knew he was busy and wanted the work done. He knew it and took advantage of me. Below is a copy of my paid invoice and of the leaves blown to the front of my yard before removal. It's a big pile, but does not justify a $540.

I really liked talking with Nick who was very helpful on the phone in regards to my situation with my gutters. When we had that horrific windstorm we had a tree fall on our house twice in a week of each storm that came through the town I live in which is Greece, NY. Our roof was damaged, gutters, and the front of our house. It look like a war zone, but speaking with Nick he assured me to get the seamless gutters and they would be right out to get the house done. I could of took the cheap way out, but saw the value in their warranty and how their gutters are put up with the materials they use. Let's just say I could hang from these things and that's saying a lot. They came out and replaced everything on my house with new seamless gutters and the downspouts. They even pitched the downspouts away from my house so the water would not gather along my house to keep my basement I remodeled dry. All I can say is my husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work, there workers, and how professional they were during installation. Call Nick you won't be disappointed in what they provide for you. Thank you Gutterking!
