My husband and I were very hesitant as we knew it was going to be expensive. We decided to get a couple quotes and Chris was the first one to get back to us. We sent him a picture and not only did he give us a very fair quote over the phone but told us he could come the next day! Other tree companies that we reached out to couldn't come to our house until a week later and that was only for a quote. Chris showed up as promised (even though it started to lightly snow) and removed our stump in around 20 minutes. He is professional and his stump grinder is AMAZING (it moves by remote control!). We were so pleased with how hard he worked & how thorough he was and how reasonable his pricing was, that we hired him for some landscaping as well. He designed a fantastic tiered garden, using some existing stones from a collapsed retaining wall, and adding layers of stone pavers. Then suggested several low-maintenance flowering plants and added several yards of mulch to it all. It has completely changed the look of our backyard -- just gorgeous! We have met neighbors for the first time, who have stopped after the addition of the landscaping, to compliment us on what an improvement it offers! Alec is kind, communicative, creative, responsible -- you won't be disappointed! Shows-up when he says he is going to, very good gauge of estimates and timelines.
