With each mowing, our yard is left with a new design of muddy ruts and torn up grass from their giant mower operated at lightning speed. Patches of the yard have been flown over leaving sections grass untouched (we've measured it at 9" tall after a fresh mow). After last week's mowing, they left a nice layer of grass clippings covering our garage door and driveway. Even our neighbors can't stand watching the low quality lawn care we are paying for. Please be advised that this is most certainly a company to avoid. Quality and customer service after reporting issues are not taken seriously.

Weeks later, at treatment 2, he clearly did not use organic. He had used the worst-smelling lawn chemicals I have ever encountered. We couldn't even believe the strength, it made us immediately sick and we were unable to use our lawn for the entire summer. When we complained they gave us a hard time about cancelling and wouldn't refund us for the chemical treatment. Unconscionable. Terrible, terrible company!!

I will preface this review with the fact that I had the opportunity to use Jason and Carlos last year for the same functions ... quite varied ... all done with exceptional vigor. First let me tell you about their work ethic ... they are working during these challenging times and are most respectful of your space. They will arrive with gloves and masks if you require with not question .. these two are a class act. They are polite, they listen to your needs/requirements for the job, they take a moment to assess your request and then based on their experience (side bar, these are recent college grads with an entrepreneurial spirit, an eye to quality and demeanor of exceptional customer service and while only recent grads, they have been providing well rounded services to our community for several years! ... OK let's get back on track); and get back to you with a more than reasonable quote. They are honest and upfront with scheduling so as not to disappoint, they show up on time and as a matter of fact, they provide a courtesy text announcing that they are on their way with an estimated time of arrival. They may list several services and odd jobs, but let me tell you about mine ... just so you have a sense of what is available that these young men will provide. I have had them power wash and scrub a paver patio, empty heavy flower boxes, fill flower boxes, plant a garden, weed entire gardens, lay weed fabric and cover with mulch, dig up plants (large and small) and move to other areas of the garden, provide clean up services when they are done and I a host more. Bottom line, if you need a couple of trustworthy handymen to take care of odd jobs that you simply can't get too or frankly are not strong enough to do yourself anymore ... call these guys ... give them a chance to win your business. Trust me, you will call on them again and again ...!
