I had to split the payments into two and the phone rep was super patient in sending the invoice to make sure that happened. (FYI - you need to pay the invoice prior to cleaning.) I got a basic one time cleaning, which was two hours of the cleaner's time. I told her to start with/focus on the bathroom and kitchen, and she spent most of her time in the bathroom. As in almost the whole two hours. That's ok though, because afterwards it was immaculate, and I hate deep cleaning the bathroom the most so it was nice to have help with it. She did get to the counters and the kitchen sink, and the kitchen in general was looking nice too. The cleaning was really thorough, the cleaner was polite and professional.
