Told, " If I don't buy it,someone else will." That is true because contractors will put any piece of crap in your home. This is not the first time I was force to drive to Lowe's. Last time I had no help at Lockport HD- I spent 8 grand at lowe's. Plus Lowe's took HD 10% offer. They actually had people working the pro desk. Ready to help. This is not a wholesale establishment- this is an antique store filled with items that have been collected from estates. Some people say "one mans trash is another mans treasure." I say 90% is still trash, but it doesn't hurt to look. Everything in here is old. They have a little of everything from furniture to mattresses to glassware to pillows to rusty old tools to collectible sports memorabilia to costume jewelry to Christmas decor to makeup products. Since, the mattress has broken down, I have had knee, hip and back problems from it. The breaking down caused the area where my torso lies to indent and then my legs don't touch the mattress when laying naturally. Do NOT believe in the warranty scheme, it is not true. Metro Mattress is a hustle. Don't get hustled like we did, go somewhere that has better mattresses and more integrity than Metro Mattress.

Rose, the sales lady who is almost always there - is AMAZING. If you are serious about a mattress, she asks you a few questions and shows you some mattresses... then she leaves you be. Which is cool and not overwhelming, BUT she also gives it to you straight. She is like that lovable aunt that is super cool but also tells you like it is and you respect her for it. We (my bf and I) explained how we had been looking at mattresses for the past month and had a bit of an overwhelming experience at another mattress place. She blatantly told us that we were driving ourselves crazy over analyzing mattresses, which we were, and explained what we should be looking for and what we pay for is what we get. Rose is amazingly knowledgeable on mattresses - brands and what models have what, what brands tend to have deals and literally everything. She loves her job and I cannot speak more highly of her. So, long story short, the mattress that we found there that night had a factory deal going on... we got a great quality mattress for a good price. The delivery experience was awesome too. They call the night before delivery and an automated message tells you the time frame they will be coming. ALSO! You can go online and track your mattress progress, so you can see where the truck is and what stop you are on the schedule. It updates about every twenty minutes so if they are early the time for your stop changes. I think this is great so you are not waiting all day and can still go out and get things done. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle, just come here. You won't be disappointed.
