I insisted on not having him at my estimate recently, but that didn't matter any. I ordered my carpet, was told they would have a runner made for me (didn't say it was going to be additional, and that I would have to go take it to be done), and was sent a straight up crack head to do the installation. This installer flipped out on me when I asked if they could glue the carpet tacks down, instead of nailing into asbestos flooring, disturbing the cracked tiles. I was completely calm when asking, but this guy flew off the handle, cursing, leaving my floors exposed with carpet tacks for another day, as I had to wait for another installer. There will be no more Kenny for me or my family, nor the numerous clients I sell homes to.
