Ordered a pool liner. It was the wrong one. So I wanted to return it for full credit so I could purchase the correct one that was about $200.00 more which i was Fine with. They could care less. Now the box for the original liner was never opened. They didn't want to hear it. They charged a 30% return fee and I had to also pay shipping to return which came to about 50% of what I paid. So I returned it in original box, the same way I received it. I called back about a week later after tracking showed it received at the Fla. address for returns. Mind you, they never contacted me to let me know it was received. I was told that the package was received opened and damaged. I asked hem to send me photos of the damage and of course they didn't and was told that they contacted UPS about the damaged box and that UPS was waiting for my claim. Well that was a lie as they didn't contact UPS until after I called them out. Bottom line don't deal with these thieves. #1 the phone number they list is bogus, so there is no one to talk to, #2 it's email only which is a joke. I put the claim into UPS and keeping my fingers crossed. Good thing I took pictures of the box at the UPS store I used to ship it back. YHEYSUCK! read more

Update! August 9 and I still have not received my order from original order placed. I've still not been able to reach customer service! No tracking number or refund. They are not credited by the Better Business Bureau. I will reach out to the police department to see what's next. I suggest everyone reach out so we can get the Feds involved. I'm also looking into finding out how to involve the news outlets. People, please don't let them get away. Rating 0 read more

By far this is the worst place I ever bought from. Ordered on the 8th of July still not shipped and I requested a refund still no response after 3 different email attempts and 4 phone calls. I'm through if they don't refund my money within 2 days I will be filing a bank return for refund and merchant fraud with a police report. And they really don't get no star for not having quality customer service available to their customers. read more

I am a 75 year old widow who doesn't have a whole lot of expendable income. However, I really did (still do) need a sunscreen for my front porch, so I went online and searched for one. I found just what I needed on the company called Pool Splash website. I ordered it, paid $123 for it. That was 17 days ago. I have received only one email from them, which stated that they had received my order and my payment of $123. To date, I have not received my purchase. I have sent several emails to them requesting an update on the status of my order. I received one email two days ago stating that they would check on it for me and that I would hear back from them within one business day. It has now been two days and no word. I just sent another email to them informing them that I fully *expect* to hear from them no later than Monday (this is a Friday). If I do not hear from them then ... well, let's just say I'm glad that my brother is an attorney who knows other attorneys and judges all over the country . . . read more

poor customer service. Pay the extra $ not to use this company. pool mat came after emailing several time. Then 3 weeks later the pool liner came only after we requested cancelation. Company policy if you order anything through them regardless of quality or damage they get 30% of the sale to cancel or return items. Customer service is only by email. If you call and ask for a person you will get told to email. If you continue to ask you will be hung up on. read more

After ordering a pool liner it Was said to be in stock it took over 3 weeks. you can only email customer service. Very rude and in professional. After requesting a cancellation only then did they make a label and said it was too late due to it being shipped. Pay the extra $5.00 it's not worth it to deal with this company. read more

I purchased a 27' x 52" high pool liner from Poolsplash.com on October 2,2023. I recieved my liner at the end of October 2023. I had a pool installer install the liner at the begining of November 2023, and subsequently closed the pool for the winter. During thecwinter the water level was going down, andbI kept refilling. I uncovered the pool end of May 2024. I called the pool installer to check for leaks and he found multiple perforations 5" from the welded seam. He stated it was a manufacturers defect. I contacted Poolsplash and the rep stated it was not covered on a warranty. I tried to explain to the rep why it was a manufacturers defect and the rep hung up on me. I would never purchase another item from PoolSplash.com. I am out $850 for the liner and $1000 for installation. BUYER BEWARE, AN ABSOLUTELY NON CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS. read more

DO NOT ORER ANYTHING!!!!!! I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company in all my Life!!! I placed an order on March 25 2022 on April 27 I was told my order was canceled thru an email after sending one many times because you are not able to talk to someone thru there phone no. You can only communicate thru email even for technical support and that is know way to run a business, all I wanted was a tracking no. that they were never able to provide, all I would get were times the order never came. PLEASE IF YOU BOUGH SOMETHING FROM THEN AND YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, GET IN TOUCH WITH ME WE WILL FIGTH TOGETHER SO THEY DON'T MESS WITH OTHER BUSINESS. I ordered an above ground pool liner, apparently they have it in stock, I paid for fast handling even liner overpriced , I tried to call costumer service, they don't even have a costumer service directory, I call selling department they can't provide any information trough the phone only trough email. almost 2 weeks since I ordered and no shipped yet. So if you want to keep your good business going I would recommend you to avoid to buy anything from them. 1-over priced stuff. 2- no real costumer service. 3-they don't have a good processing system which makes you be like a lier at front of your costumers. 4- they charge you separated for shipping insurance (when it's their responsibility to make sure to get the product in good condition). 5-they lie saying they have the products in stock. read more

I ordered a pool cover and clips. I wanted to return the items. There was no return shipping label included in package. I called the 800 number numerous times with no one answering. I emailed their customer service 2-3 times. Finally I received a response that I would have to pay for shipping ($100 fed ex and usps) and will be charged a 30% restocking fee for my $123.96 order. Do Not Buy from Pool Splash.com Ordered an 18 ft above ground pool liner and said liner is too big. When they were contacted they were very rude and said we would have to email them. We emailed them had to call them. Was told to check our junk folder which by the way is perfect for them. They asked for the address of the location of the pool because they would use satellite pictures to verify the size of the pool. A few minutes later we received an email telling us that we ordered the wrong liner. That our pool was 15ft not 18ft. They also enclosed pictures of said pool. The pool and backyard was not ours. When we informed them of this they requested the address again. Then they started telling us we could send it to the manufacturer plus $50.00 and if they decided it's incorrect they would refund our $50.00. Not happening! Wished we had read all the horrible reviews before hand! Apparently we all have the same problem no one can order the correct size liner and pool splash does nothing! read more

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! They deserve less than one star. The company refuses to correct what is clearly their mistake. The wrong cover was sent, easily verified by the lack of a center step outset (pictures provided to the company) and yet they seem to have no problem taking advantage of an 80 year old widow on a fixed income. Nice. read more

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM POOLSPLASH.COM! I ordered a pool liner for my swimming pool and it absolutely will not fit around the top of the pool. It is like a foot too short. I asked for a return slip and a refund but their policy is that they do not refund for open items. I didn't know there was a problem until I tried to install it. He keeps asking about the sand and I keep telling him it has nothing to do with the sand in the bottom. It will not go around the top. he still insists it is a sand problem. I know more about pool liners than this guy does. I was trying to leave a google review so I was looking up this company. it turns out that the address is for a storage unit. 1755 Fashion Outlets Blvd., Unit M0125 Niagara Falls, New York, 14304 United States. It has line after line of storage adds. So mad right now. I told him that I am going to post to social media and warn everyone, call my district attorney, contact the better business bureau, and maybe the news. He told me that is extortion. I replied it is not extortion. I have every right to voice my openion and submit my reviews. He absolutely refuses to fix the issue and we have been arguing all night. No customer service or customer care at all. Gotcha! Bye! is more like their moto read more
