Ordered a pool liner. It was the wrong one. So I wanted to return it for full credit so I could purchase the correct one that was about $200.00 more which i was Fine with. They could care less. Now the box for the original liner was never opened. They didn't want to hear it. They charged a 30% return fee and I had to also pay shipping to return which came to about 50% of what I paid. So I returned it in original box, the same way I received it. I called back about a week later after tracking showed it received at the Fla. address for returns. Mind you, they never contacted me to let me know it was received. I was told that the package was received opened and damaged. I asked hem to send me photos of the damage and of course they didn't and was told that they contacted UPS about the damaged box and that UPS was waiting for my claim. Well that was a lie as they didn't contact UPS until after I called them out. Bottom line don't deal with these thieves. #1 the phone number they list is bogus, so there is no one to talk to, #2 it's email only which is a joke. Update! August 9 and I still have not received my order from original order placed. I've still not been able to reach customer service! No tracking number or refund. They are not credited by the Better Business Bureau. I will reach out to the police department to see what's next. I suggest everyone reach out so we can get the Feds involved. i ordered a pool liner through them on 7/2 my order was confirmed and money was taken out on 7/5. 470$. I was supposed to receive my order 7/9. I contacted them once the order was not here and they told me to send the invoice number so they could look up the order. I never received and invoice number (red flag) so i sent them my order number. i never heard anything back and have emailed them multiple times since with no response. I am a 75 year old widow who doesn't have a whole lot of expendable income. However, I really did (still do) need a sunscreen for my front porch, so I went online and searched for one. I found just what I needed on the company called Pool Splash website. I ordered it, paid $123 for it. That was 17 days ago. I have received only one email from them, which stated that they had received my order and my payment of $123. To date, I have not received my purchase. I have sent several emails to them requesting an update on the status of my order. I received one email two days ago stating that they would check on it for me and that I would hear back from them within one business day. It has now been two days and no word. I just sent another email to them informing them that I fully *expect* to hear from them no later than Monday (this is a Friday). I purchased a 27' x 52" high pool liner from Poolsplash.com on October 2,2023. I recieved my liner at the end of October 2023. I had a pool installer install the liner at the begining of November 2023, and subsequently closed the pool for the winter. During thecwinter the water level was going down, andbI kept refilling. I uncovered the pool end of May 2024. I called the pool installer to check for leaks and he found multiple perforations 5" from the welded seam. He stated it was a manufacturers defect. I contacted Poolsplash and the rep stated it was not covered on a warranty. I tried to explain to the rep why it was a manufacturers defect and the rep hung up on me. I would never purchase another item from PoolSplash.com. I am out $850 for the liner and $1000 for installation. BUYER BEWARE, AN ABSOLUTELY NON CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS. read more

Do Not Buy from Pool Splash.com Ordered an 18 ft above ground pool liner and said liner is too big. When they were contacted they were very rude and said we would have to email them. We emailed them had to call them. Was told to check our junk folder which by the way is perfect for them. They asked for the address of the location of the pool because they would use satellite pictures to verify the size of the pool. A few minutes later we received an email telling us that we ordered the wrong liner. That our pool was 15ft not 18ft. They also enclosed pictures of said pool. The pool and backyard was not ours. When we informed them of this they requested the address again. Then they started telling us we could send it to the manufacturer plus $50.00 and if they decided it's incorrect they would refund our $50.00. Not happening! I asked for a return slip and a refund but their policy is that they do not refund for open items. I didn't know there was a problem until I tried to install it. He keeps asking about the sand and I keep telling him it has nothing to do with the sand in the bottom. It will not go around the top. he still insists it is a sand problem.
